Would like to caution those looking to book at this property. There is only one listing on 永安 currently but there are actually 2 properties under the same company (this has already been flagged to 永安 so hopefully it will be rectified soon!) I booked to stay in a double room at RS Karam Palace. We arrived and was immediately told to go to their “annex” because we did not “upgrade” to stay at the “palace”. Showed them the booking and confirmation and was still told to go to the annex. When I asked if the annex was the same , they told me “better”. Well well, the annex (called RESORT instead, see key photo) is still under construction and renovation. Does not have a location tag on google maps yet, see map photo. Room is very different and definitely worse from that in the current listing online. No pool, no facilities. Service staff at the annex was slightly better, finally upgraded us to a better room within the same annex but told us to take it up with booking agency. Thankfully 永安 is already aware of this issue but in case it takes awhile for rectification, this is to inform everyone!

設施：酒店設施老舊，房卡去前四次終於能打開房門 衞生：衞生還不錯，衞生間挺大 環境：有泳池，整體環境還可以 服務：前台還算熱情，就是房卡製作了四次才能進房間也是醉了

Amabilidad y excelente situación, buen desayuno buffet, gran piscina, jardines muy limpios y cuidados, habitaciones amplias y comodidad, aire acondicionado, frigorífico pequeño y tv( solo cánales árabes , parking gratuito en puerta del hotel , perfecto para comer nicer a Quarzazate o una noche camino al desierto o las gargantas

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service. Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.
