太平洋樂園汽車旅館 (Pacific Paradise Airport Motel)

Great stay and close to everything we needed.

Not impressed with this motel, me and 2 other guests I booked with arrived with 2 cars. The only reason why we booked this motel is because of a Music festival and it was the only one available at the time. We got a call from motel staff at 2:20pm asking which cars belonged to us. We had Ubered there so both cars were parked in the allocated car park. Motel staff demanded us to move one of our cars as they had a family checking in. I read the terms and conditions prior to booking to read the check in times and rules. No where does it state we are only allocated 1 park, if this was the case i’d read that and happily park on the road. We paid the same amount as everyone else plus we checked in before the family that is not our responsibility to cater for the family nor is it a rule for 1 car per room. They had ruined our day at the festival as we were anxious to get back and our car not being there. The customer service is appalling. I will never recommend (even tho nobody would book this place unless it was a last resort) and refuse to give this place more than 1 star rating. Make it a rule in the terms and conditions if you wanna go around calling demanding people to move their cars while they’re out busy. Beds were annoying as they were on wheels, pillows are rock hard, water pressure is horrible, kettle doesn’t fit in the sink I HAD TO FILL THE KETTLE UP WITH THE SHOWER, there’s no privacy to get changed only in the bathroom and you have to either put your clothes on the floor or on the toilet lid, weren’t provided with a floor mat either so after showers the floor was soaked Rude staff, ugly rooms, wouldn’t recommend hope this place shuts down
