The room was good but the closet door couldn't be closed. The menus of dinner and breakfast taste unsatisfied and lack of variations. Cleanliness needs to improve The view of the beach was beautiful

Hotelnya enak, nyaman, tenang, Makanannya juga enak. Anak saya bisa main di pasir pantai sepuasnya, kolam renang nya pun enak, nggak terlalu bau kaporit. Cuman kasurnya aja yg kayak nya perlu ganti karna pegas nya udh agak cekung. Overall masih nyaman utk di ulang kembali. Makasih ya.

This is very nice hotel actually and has a strategic location inside the tourist destination. However, there are lots of things that this hotel should improve. First, the room facilities is kinda old and the bathroom is not flushing well. The pipe of AC is broken and the water is leakage the whole night and really annoyed. The room is not well maintained and not clean enough for the price I paid IDR 1.250.000 a night. The food is so so, everyday I have the same menus. I am so disappointed with the pavilion room 528. The facilities outside my room as swimming pools, restaurant, free bike are OK. In short, I am disappointed with the room I had this time. The 永安 should be responsible as well since you are just sucking the money without knowing what your customers really feels.
