The location was perfect, the only down side there was no lift so we have to climb up on stairs which is inconvenient but not too big deal anyway.

It's strategically located: a stones throw away from Gaisano, short tricycle ride from the airport, walking distance from the city hall and main boulevard. The room however was not very spacious (not enough space to move around) and had a smell (coming from the toilet). For not picky travelers that need only a place to sleep in and a cold shower, it's fine. Not good for those traveling with children and senior citizens as it doesn't have an elevator.

The pillow cover has a black mark ~ the TV doesn't turn on using the remote even if nakasaksak na ung TV. And the aircon is not that cold.

I booked online and paid 800+ pesos, they tried to give us room in 4th floor, which No evelator, we had 4 heavy luggages. I end up paying more to request 2nd floor.. and pay down payment 200 pesos. staff are kind and respectful. NO Restaurant in Hotel. But near by a lot.

“You didn’t pay for hot water sir” I booked this hotel thinking there are no others in the vicinity. I was wrong.Plenty of places right in the middle of the town. This roach motel is cheap for a reason, Linens are dirty.Room is tiny. If you want hot shower it’s not available unless you pay for the hot water. Basically the place stinks. I didn’t even stay there one minute. Do yourself a favor and favor don’t waste your money
