This Hotel is in the heart of Pahalgam abc valley’s are near by to the hotel the have restaurant also which have good quality if food overall experience was good

we want to check out in morning at 6 am And no one is at reception till 1 hour. very disappointing . we leaved that hotel from back door As front door is locked by them .

Stay was comfortable, room interior was good and the staff behaviour was excellent. Restaurant food was good although a bit expensive, otherwise food taste was good

Location is good. It's near to the market on chandanwadi road. It also had a pure veg restaurant at ground floor. Scope of improvement is that this property is not very well maintained. Washrooms have leakage, rooms are with low terrace and not much ventilation. Also the service is not great You won't find anyone at the reception till 8:30 AM with main gates looked.

Rooms are stuffy and groundfloor. booked rooms they sell out floting customer in a big rate. actual rooms are big difference. Not money worthy but behaviour of staffs are good. Foods are overpriced then market rate.

very bad experience, I have booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, the operator behaves like they are giving it free of cost. no hot water and a very lethargic approach for serving breakfast in the morning after several followup

one of the finest stay in pahalgam. donot observe exterior of the building, it's looking old but interior is very good. rooms are pretty spacious and fully wooden interior. large beds too . we have taken family room.
