I have stayed here before and really liked the place, which is why I came back to recall those good memories. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing and totally unexpected. The gardening and overall environment were poorly maintained. Also, the photos shown on 永安 are very different from the actual condition now. It is strongly recommended that management update the photos to reflect the current situation.

We arrived late (around 9PM) and check-in was still possible. The rooms are great and the beds a very comfortable. Would recommend to any person looking for a nice place to stay in Pai.

If your looking for something quiet and left alone this is perfect with a very comfy bed and a cosy feeling , This is perfect , it is only 5 mins from Pai

Same as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆

Really disappointed at this hotel. We arrived after hours in the sun ,after specifically booking and prepaying for the use of a pool. When we got there the hotel reception was empty. A lady eventually came out who spoke little English. She then told us there was no pool so we asked for a refund as we were booked for a few nights for the use of a pool. We were very polite and friendly in asking this. She put me on the phone to another lady(assuming the manager) who had better English. She was very rude and then hung up the phone on me. We ended up leaving and it took several weeks for a refund on the hotels part, not 永安s.coms.
