假日套房酒店 (Holiday Suites Puerto Princesa)

High regards to the staff of the hotel whose sincerity and warmth made my stay very comfortable. There may be limitations in terms of the facilities but the competent staff overcome all of these. The location of the hotel is also a great advantage. The food is also perfect that is made more delicious because of the warm accommodation of the staff.

Good place near robinson

Хороший отель для одноразовой ночевки). Номера уставшие, но все необходимое есть. Кровать удобная, спать тихо, вода горячая с отличным напором, есть хорошие гель для душа, шампунь и крем. Завтрак простой, выбор небольшой, но наесться можно. Через дорогу ТЦ "Робинзон" с большим супермаркетом, есть фудкорт. Без проблем продлили номер на несколько часов за адекватную цену, трансфер в аэропорт бесплатный на минивене.

위치랑 서비스 다 좋은데 진짜 시설이 너무해요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 일단 문이 잘 안열리구요 샤워기를 틀면 3군데서 물이 나와서 수압이 안좋아서 씻을수가없어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 수리요청 했는데 내일된다고해서 아침에 나와야해서 못씻고 나왔네요ㅋㅋ

The water shower is v small like dripping water only. But the location is good as it is opposite Robinson which is meeting point for some tours. They do have airport transfer but need to book in advance

Хороший отель по расположению, напротив торгового центра. Рядом также есть хорошие кафе для завтрака, так как в отеле он никакой. Перед выселением нас несколько раз спросили нужен ли нам трансфер в аэропорт. Отель неплохой в целом. Для того, чтобы переночевать день/два подойдет.

Le personnel est gentil et serviable.  Navette pour l’aéroport pratique et gratuite. Hôtel qui n’est pas bien entretenue, la chambre est pas trop mal, mais la salle de bain le tuyau de la douche est dans un sale état (photo), le fauteuil taché et carrelage cassé au sol. Le petit déjeuner juste le minimum (riz, œuf, viande, pain de mie beurre confiture café), pas assez de choix, pas de fruits, il faut faire mieux à revoir  Il se situe en face du centre commercial, et il faut compter 10 à 15min pour aller dans le centre (5km)

It was nice stay. Staffs were helpful. Location of this hotel is good.

We recently spent a few nights here and overall, it was a decent experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, although I did notice that the chairs in our room could use a vacuum, as they had some dark stains. Additionally, the room’s smell could be improved to create a more welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. On the plus side, I absolutely loved the mattress and comforter; they made for a very comfortable sleep. The location is a major advantage, being right in front of the mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The staff were generally nice and accommodating, though I found the waiter at the restaurant to be a bit shy. He seemed to lack communication skills, as he didn’t greet customers or smile, which detracted from the overall experience. I think he could benefit from some additional training in customer service. As for the food, while it was fine, I felt that the prices were a bit steep considering the typical quality and serving sizes. In summary, while it's not a luxury hotel, it provides a decent stay with comfortable accommodations and a good location. It just needs a few improvements in cleanliness, ambiance, and service training to enhance the guest experience. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving pens upon checkout :)

Just okay. If you’re looking for somewhere to rest I suggest you find another place. It’s close to the highway and is pretty much noisy all the time. In addition to that, the housing cleaning staff are also VERY NOISY. They start working very early in the morning and I know this by the loud chatter in the hallway every single morning. At random times throughout the night you’ll also hear hear loads of outbursts as well. Just very noisy, almost no peace. Breakfast was okay. The receptionist, the server and the driver were quite nice
