В номере сильно скрепит кровать, скрепит мебель, все очень старое. Не советую заселяться парам в этот отель

Fabulous situation next to main bus and train station. Unfortunately our key card for entry to the room did not work so we were upgraded to a luxurious suite with views over the square!

The location is perfect and you can go to places like Soller easily from the hotel. The hotel is close to shopping area and there are supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful.

Sauberes Hotel, sehr gute Lage, da sehr zentral in Palma und gut zu erreichen! Zimmerausstattung nicht ganz wie angegeben (Zahnpasta, Kamm zb nicht mit dabei). Würde es weiterempfehlen.

We took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (永安 said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day 永安 Photos failed to upload to here for many times

Nice note, perfectly situated. Easy to get to from the airport. 24hr reception desk with super simple check in and check out. Only constructive feedback I’d give is that the hotel could do with a general refresh / TLC. But overall a great stay.
