We were there for one evening. Everything was great, the hotel was just old. They did their best, but it was really just VERY motel-ish with hotel-level service. The service was great, food was good, but the rooms... oh, man... the room was just not it. The balcony door literally could not be opened and when we tried it fell of it's track and literally came off. The carpet was cleaned, but just not it. I refused to sit on the sofa. Looked like they tried to remove all the stains, but yea... Will not be staying again. The service was great though.

Great hotel, good food, pool was amazing and beds are comfortable.  I wish the bar would either stay open later or allowed outside (canned) drinks once the bar closes.

凌晨三點天花板一直有噪音，隔噪音效果非常差，最重要的是我的車在停車場被打碎了玻璃，安保人員敷衍了事，管理人員不給我解決辦法

The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges. After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain! After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage. Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.
