The place and location is okay however in the corridor going to our room 129 the smell of the carpet is awful as it was old and color is fading.

The parking is a little far from the front desk of Widus. The rooms were clean and fresh. Beds and pillows were comfy. There was a cable tv. Closet was spacious. The shower and heater worked great. It was a little noisy where our rooms were because we were near the housekeeping tools, the doors kept on banging. Minus points for this since I especially asked for quiet rooms lol. The pool was clean. It was up to 4 feet. Lots of kids and families were there. You can order food from Grab, but you have to get it yourself downstairs. Breakfast buffet was okay. There was no corned beef. Danish pastry was good. By the way, it's pronounced as like "with us" 😂

It’s alright. Most of the staff aren’t nice/welcoming. The aircon in our room is leaking. The sliding door have also water leaking at the top door. The elevator is so small.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family had such a wonderful stay at Widus Hotel! 🏨✨ The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our 永安 memorable. They even surprised my mom with a warm welcome and a cake for her birthday — such a sweet gesture that made her day extra special. 🎂💛 The room was clean and cozy, and the kids loved spending time at the pool while we relaxed. Truly a perfect family getaway. Thank you, Widus, for making our stay unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back! 👨👩👦👦🌸

My last stay at Widus was a bit uncomfortable. Even though I had requested a room in advance, I was assigned one in Tower 2, which is quite a walk from the front desk. It’s a bit of a bummer, especially when you’re only staying overnight and hoping for convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Widus Hotel in Clark, Pampanga. The hotel was very nice and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was absolutely awesome—from breakfast to dinner, everything was flavorful and satisfying. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for cooling off and spending quality time with family. What really stood out was the friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone we encountered was courteous, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Widus Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Clark.
