Akapella hotel is a fabulous modestly priced place to stay in Pamukkale. Very convenient to the entrance to the main sights The rooms are clean and have everything you expect in a modern hotel. The bed was perfect for me though perhaps rather too firm for some guests. Breakfast was exceptional and tea and coffee continue to be available all day. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I recommend Akapella Hotel for budget conscious travellers.

The hotel is very clean & comfortable to stay. It’s within walking distance to Travertines of Pamukkale and restaurants. Thumbs up to hotel owners as they are very accommodating & helpful. Highly recommend this place if anyone visiting Pamukkale. Breakfast is simple but delicious 😋

El alojamiento ha superado mis expectativas. Pongo mejor valoración a la ubicación ya que se encuentra en una calle poco transitada por la noche. Muy cerca de los trasvertinos (si vas en coche claro)

Lamentable! No alojaros aquí si no queréis ser maltratados y que encima no os quieran devolver el dinero. Hicimos check in pagamos la noche y al quejarnos por darnos una habitación diferente a la reservada ,el dueño nos buscó en el pueblo para echarnos (estábamos comiendo en un restaurante cercano) y sin devolvernos el dinero! Que te echen por poner una queja me parece inaceptable. Ese hombre no debería llevar un negocio cara al público. Ahora estamos con los trámites para la devolución del dinero ya que a las 23 de la noche y con un niño pequeño tuvimos que irnos y pagar otro hotel. No hay derecho de que te echen del hotel de esas formas en la noche y encima se nieguen a devolverte el dinero de la noche que no has disfrutado. Deberían sancionarle por esa actuación,me parece muy muy grave!!

老闆是個當地美女，我們不會土耳其語，老闆主動熱情用谷歌翻譯和我們交流，回答我們的問題，早餐也很棒。老闆推薦的線路很合理，我們坐小巴從北門進入，從中門出來，不走回頭路。酒店離中門很近。

Lovely, neat and clean hotel. It's better than what I expected for the price. Munawar is a gem, extraordinary, helpful, and smiling personality. She even provided me with a phone charger. Breakfast was wonderful. Tea, coffee, and water are available throughout free of cost. Highly recommend.

房假便宜，距離棉堡很近，只要3分鐘，闆娘介紹熱氣球也很超值，直接可以跟他夠買，早餐也是版娘包辦👍

최신 시설은 아니지만 전반적으로 잘관리되었고 아늑한 느낌의 숙소였습니다. 담배냄새 없는 것도 좋았고 조식도 좋았습니다. 너무 좋은 가격에 잘 숙박하고 갑니다.
