Friendly staff and very easily accessible location in Panjim. There is no lift but it is not a big issue unless you are traveling with elderly

Everything was fine, but toilet room shall be fixed the water flow in tap in wash basin, also towels was not given but got it once requested. shampoo/oil was not there, but soap was there

We experienced good hospitality at hotel. Breakfast is tasty especially dosa and the location is surrounded by beautiful place and very calm area.

If you are looking for night stay inna quite place even in the city, this is good choice. The restaurant is serving tasty food. Breakfast is seems bit expensive for the items available. Lunch and dinner with 10%discount in room service. ******* and cruises are walkable around 750 m from hotel. not much activities in the hotel, so just eat and sleep. so just for roaming inside goa and reach back hotel eat then sleep. old building and no lifts but the house keeping guys will help to take your luggage. eateries and liquor shops nearby. parking is available inside the compound.

The location of property is good if you are planning to visit any Cashino cruises, food is also good although we only had breakfast, facilities are nice. The stay was pleasant and comfortable overall.
