Отличное, удобное расположение - в центре города. Номера чистые, уютные и стильные. И вообще интерьер отеля очень стильный. Персонал вежливый, прекрасное обслуживание. Все необходимое есть в номере: горячая вода, телевизор, чайник, принадлежности для ванной. Спасибо.

excellent location but no other facilities available at property like breakfast etc. lots of restaurants around though

location is very picturesque property is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. all rooms are on 1st floor with spiral staircase. no lift. breakfast is not provided at the property. guests are taken in car to another nearby property of IHCL hardly any service at the property

Location is incredible. Easy access to all the restaurants shops and beautiful sites. A bit loud in the middle of the day until 7 pm but silent and beautiful after that

had a wonderful stay at la maison, in the ❤️of fabulous fontainhas within easy stroll of all the colorful houses and excellent restaurants (and of course joseph’s bar). reception was friendly and the accommodation 5 ⭐️. excellent breakfast was served at 5star sister hotel (everything arranged to a t)

I have booked this hotel through mmt. Initially faced difficulty in finding the hotel. Later check in process is delayed at reception. Breakfast is included in my package but they don't have an in house facility for breakfast and we need to go to another location for having breakfast. Don't have minimum requirements in the room.

beautiful property. wonderful location. very well maintained bungalow.very good cleanliness and hygiene.big and spacious rooms.care taker is also very obedient and prompt.he guides through everything.very efficiently managed by everyone.management keep up the good work ! caretaker Tipanna is very proactive 👍

The property is nicely maintained with the staying rooms in the well firmished first floor which has a nice sit in space in the common area with a sofa as well as another sitting area with some books for reading, in case you forgot to bring own books. The rooms are well furnished with a split airconditioner, a nice king size double bed, huge wooden cupboard with additional storage space below the tv table etc. The furniture is of good quality and apart from that there is a huge window space where you can keep some additional stuff, if you want. The bathrooms are nice - one thing i need to mention is the soap they kept is the pears soap(marooning) with its unique nice smell. From the windows you can see the milling crowds almost all the time taking photos against the background of this building. They see you in wonder when you step out of the building. The caretakers anil and thippanna are nice people who attend to your requests politely. The breakfast is at taj vivanta panaji and a shuttle can take you there and drop back. We requested that the breakfast be delivered at ama trails itself - which was also taken care of. The taj hospitality is so good it spoils you - when you stay in other places you tend to find fault in almost everything. The only downside if you call it, is the area is all the time with tourists and there is no proper parking- though you can park near this property. The taj team was kind enough to accommodate me in vivanta panaji for a part of my stay and park my car there- which was truly memorable. I will give a separate review of vivanta panaji team

Booked 2 rooms.Nice heritage property with neat and clean rooms.all the basic amenities were nicely provided. kitchen not operational.Breakfast was provided at Taj Vivanta which was also excellent . NO exclusive parking space for guests. Do confirm if travelling by Car..Should be looked upon. otherwise everything else was perfect.

The place looked a lot bigger in pictures, there isn’t enough staff, breakfast was disappointing, totally not worth the cost
