The hotel is located in a very good area, making it convenient to explore Panjim and nearby places. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages of staying here. However, the rooms are quite small and may feel a bit congested for longer stays. The service experience could also be improved — the staff should try to be more polite and responsive to guests’ needs. Overall, the location is excellent, but improvements in room comfort and service quality would make the stay much better

I recently stayed at . And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

Highly unprofessional behaviour. Whenever I have called there to book restaurant, they just transferred the call and no one picked up the call. Same thing I have faced many times. Today I again called and raised the same issue, the person said ' I am really sorry ma'am. let me check. I will trasfer the call, will communicate and get back to you'. Still no one pickedup, no one bothered to call back. Highly highly unprofessional behaviour of such 4star hotel.

the safe doesn't work ... the satellite TV doesn't work ... the WiFi is so intermittent it's embarrassing to require a sign in ... the location next to the Novotel is a huge plus ... Nora's at Novotel has excellent food

Mr. Shantanu at the front desk is extremely polite and professional. He greeted us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. His courteous nature and prompt assistance truly enhanced our stay Shantanu from the front desk is simply outstanding. Very approachable, polite, and efficient. He made the entire check-in and check-out experience effortless. Truly sets a high standard for service.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. Although the property is a bit away from the main avenue, once you enter, it feels warm, cozy, and welcoming. We had 2 rooms booked and both were clean and tidy

Amazing Experience — Truly Loved It! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are even larger and more comfortable than expected. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
