巴拿馬城廣場悅宜灣酒店 (Riu Plaza Panamá)

連續兩年去巴拿馬出差都住這裏，主要就是圖一個早餐吃的好，另外房間很寬敞，整體不錯

房間非常舒服，很大. 早餐很豐富，巴拿馬最好的酒店

Hotel could not locate our booking on 永安, and it took awhile before they got it all settled. Room was pretty big and spacious, very adequate for a 1 day transit through Panama. Most attractions/restaurants are a distance away but uber was really easy so no problem at all. Breakfast included in the price is great.

房間沒有被子，晚上巨冷 前台服務態度一般 早餐還可以 泳池很小 12:49退房的時候被要求付款15美金的晚退房罰款，説是最晚12點要退房，下次不會再訂這家了，生氣，避雷！！！

設施：設施齊全，還有拖鞋的 衞生：挺乾淨的 環境：也很不錯，周圍就很繁華，市中心，餐廳很多，酒店很大 早餐也很豐富，奔着早餐來的，周圍高樓林立

Great views of Panama City, very modern hotel as expected of the RiU chain with friendly bi lingual staff and many amenities. The pool area is stunning. Breakfast options spoilt for choice. Food is a 10/10 I totally loved it there

Breakfast was a solid 10, and the views were absolutely stunning. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping areas and restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?

Easy check-in Great bell boys. Dirty, musty rooms, obvious maintenance only made the beds after we checked in and requested the room be cleaned again. The mini bar smelt sour, the place was dusty, the entire floor smelt musty, no basic toiletries as advertised, the room wasn't set up for 2 as booked. HIGHLY ANNOYING RIDING THE ELEVATOR TO THE 28TH FLOOR AND BACK TO THE LOBBY EVRY SINGLE DAY. The key card needed to be reprogrammed at least twice a day, there's been no upgrade to the hotel amenities, pool opens from 8am to 8pm. Breakfast was truly hit or miss ,eggs were over done, meat opens over done, the serving spoons weren't changed enough to be probably hygienic. RIU is horrible for the 6nights we booked, it was a shopping 永安 and we were gone all day and still came back to unchanged sheets and towels. Then to have a stolen psycho bunny shirt I bought for someone stolen with the bag and receipt off the counter by the bed ...... smh staff acting like it's impossible and didn't want to pull camera records 😒 worst hotel experience EVER, we came from Mexico at the fives and hyatt vivid to riu and I will NOT RECOMMEND, go to a airbnb this place is horrible.
