除了各位工作人員的服務態度非常好，待人接物很友善，其他都是差評。作為雅高系酒店的粉絲，在全球各地住過多間諾富特，這是最讓人頭疼的一間。要不是因為人生地不熟，也不想因為扯皮耽誤時間，當場我就要翻臉，絕對不會忍着住兩天。

Despite the interior's need for renewal (old flooring, old wallpaper, old couch, bathroom door with moist damage) I had a wonderful stay. Spacious clean room, good bed, friendly staff, located less than 5 min from metro station Via Argentina and next to El Cangrejo area which has many restaurants and coffee bars. Breakfast was great, many different things to choose from including a station with warm meals that changes every day, you can also have your eggs made any way you like, and there are different types of delicious bread. Two things I missed in the room: tea and ceiling lights, there was coffee and there are area lights, but the room was pretty dark. Overall I loved staying here and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Mi estancia en el Novotel Panamá fue muy agradable. El hotel cumplió con mis expectativas: las instalaciones están en buen estado, el servicio fue atento y profesional, y las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La ubicación es práctica y el ambiente en general transmite tranquilidad. En resumen, una experiencia satisfactoria que recomendaría y repetiría en el futuro.

酒店一般，奇了怪了住了幾天不給礦泉水，入住的第一天給 其餘都不給水，怎麼了 我錢每天付的不一樣了啊， 早餐自助16$ ， 但是沒什麼吃的 總體感覺一般吧

This is our go-to hotel in Panama City. It's not the best hotel, but it is unbeatable for its price and location. El Cangrejo has a nice local vibe, with locals walking their dogs, numerous cafes and restaurants, and convenience stores. There is a subway station within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the hotel needs an upgrade in terms of furniture and decoration; the rooms are a bit dark and could benefit from better lighting.

這是第二次來巴拿馬入住該酒店。房間挺大，衞生間裝修有點陳舊，電梯需要刷卡出入，這點比較安全。不滿意的是服務，我們每次都要住3-5晚最少，這次因為航變，我們定的第一晚無法入住，所以當天想通過永安溝通取消一晚，但是酒店拒絕。我在前台也説明瞭情況，仍然無用，工作人員毫無人性化可言。也不熱情，這點真的不推薦。

Excelente atención, especialmente de Alejandra y Diego quienes fueron muy amables y me ayudaron en todo desde que llegué. El desayuno muy completo y delcioso, habitaciones amplias, eso sí la iluminación para mi gusto muy demasiado tenue… la ubicación muy buena, tienes muchas opciones gastronómicas cerca. Zona linda y segura. Volvería sin dudar.
