Hotel is in the heart of the city . Do note the city center is some distance away from Panama old town where you will as tourist probably spend a day or two. Next to hotel is a metro station. Problem is Panama City is a pretty big land mass and the metro probably won’t bring you to places like Panama old town or the Panama Viejo ruins or the Panama Canal visitor center - all of these you have little option but an uber wherever you may be staying in Panama City. Not really the hotels fault it’s just how the city is designed Hotel has a rooftop pool has a gym but I would say these are rather minimalist ones ie don’t expect someone by the poolside ready to make you a cocktail. But I’d say the gym and the pool does the job it’s supposed to do otherwise Two small grocery stores across the road you should be able to stock up whatever you need The sky deck / pool is lovely see attached
