hotel lama tapi masih dalam keadaan baik. Kolam renang sgt luas, tapi tandaan 5 kaki sudah agak pudar dan akan menimbulkan isu keselamatan, mungkin boleh ambil perhatian. chalet cantik dan luas sesuai untuk yang berkeluarga. Kedai makan, market walking distance sahaja. The best part is the beach bangun pagi boleh jalan2 healing tepi pantai. Really the vibes. Thank you Puteri Bayu for having us.

這是個度假村，挺大的。入住率不高，早飯衹有五六家人。 環境非常好，花園別墅小木屋，房間很大。 房間內設施簡單，國內招待所水準。 注意1西馬這邊都是馬來插口，需要轉換器。 2度假村的服務員都是馬來人，看來是馬來人開的。

First of all, sgt puas hati dgn service dri indian guy (the receptionist) and the girl..actually kena check in kul 3pm tp sy dibenarkan utk check in kul 12pm..thank u guys for the grat service..the swimming pool was great..puas anak mandi..view laut..mak2 bole santai2 dkt cafe yg dkt dgn pool..makanan pn murah dan sedap.. Breakfast pn berbaloi..sedap.. location yg sgt dkt dgn pantai.. Bole repeat lg kt hotel nii..

The hotel is decent with nice service staffs. They are always ready to help you. The room condition shall be improved, particularly cleanliness. In general, the hotel is ok if you have budget constraint. One good thing is there are beach fronting.

來邦咯島三次都是住這裏，位置不錯，離港口也不遠，吃東西出去就有很多，離沙灘也很近，就是比較舊一點，整體入住不錯，這一次還不小心忘記了物品，也是很貼心幫忙保存了。

Dirty Room, Toilets Leaking, No cleaning. They accommodated a big group during our stay. This group was partying using loud speaker and mic untill late night from the afternoon. Seriously noisy. Couldnt sleep due to people shouting and toilets runny water noise as well. Requested for room change but they said all full. Not going back ever again.

Stay at Garden Chalet. Dalam booking dah mention ada twin beds. Tapi request nak beach view dan nak queen bed. Surprisingly, dapat bilik yg besar 1 queen dan twin beds. Pastu siap nampak laut lagi. Tengah2 malam dengar bunyi ombak. Dan yg paling best, breakfast sumpah semua sedap. Walaupun tak banyak choices. Dapat laa jugak merasa laksa mee pangkor. In two words : Sedap dan Selesa. Will repeat soon.

The furniture is a bit old. TV is there but no channel available. Toilet bowl is not so clean. The floor is a bit dusty. The shower is slow. The location is okay, near the beach. The breakfast is okay.
