Location is a bit far from Alona Beach, but the resort offers free shuttle services at fixed times (9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 6PM, and 9PM), which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. We were initially assigned a room with connecting doors, so we could hear noise from the adjacent room. After showing a video of the issue, the staff kindly accommodated our request for a room change. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the other room we booked wasn’t ready by 3PM, so we had to wait about 30 minutes. They allowed us a late check-out though, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for the price. Recommended.

Highly recommend! Great service and consistent quality as always. The staff are friendly esp. Ms. Angel and Ms. Rowela at reception, they are all kind and hospitable, and make our visit enjoyable,fun and memorable. the place is perfect for a family getaway. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Solea. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating especially with our requests and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. The hotel’s amenities were also exceptional, with a relaxing pool and dining options that offered delicious meals and a variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Hotel is 10 mins away from the city but they have free shuttle which has a standard schedule. Beach front is a bit small and beach is not that clean tho. But would still recommend this hotel. We went here during the typhoon season in Manila so our flight was changed. Staffs are kind enough to allow us to do early check in and late check out. They have bfast buffet and what I love is they change the menu daily. We just hope there are more shuttle service time slots going to the main city so that it will lessen the transpo expenses. Thank you for accommodating us, Solea Coast :)

일단 호텔에서 보는 뷰는 끝내줬습니다. 옥상에서 보는 매일 저녁의 노을은 너무 멋있었어요! 그리고 조식 역시, 너무 맛있었습니다. 다양한 빵과 매일 바뀌는 요리들, 과일들도 맛있었어요. 서비스 역시, 직원들 분께서 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았습니다. 다만, 셔틀버스는 꼭 예약하지 않아도 이용할 수 있도록 배려해주시면 좋겠습니다. 물론 인원이 다 차거나 하는 문제가 발생할 수 있기에 그럴 수 있습니다. 그럼에도, 외국인이 매번 셔틀버스를 예약하는 문제는 참 어려웠습니다. 룸 서비스와 모든 것은 만족스럽습니다~^^ 다음에도 이 숙소를 묵을것같습니다.

옆 호실이랑 연결된 문이 이런 식인데 정말 작게 말하는 소리도 다 들려요.. 이게 말이 되나요..? 방 분리하실 거면 따로 공사를 하든 틀어 막아야지 시끄러워서 잠을 못 잠.

직원들이 친절하지 않아서 기분이 많이 상했어요. 보홀 솔레아 0.5박 단골인데 새벽뱅기로 떠나야 해서 얼리 체크인 부탁한다고 엄청 말했으나, 기다리라고만 하고 단체 손님들과 현지인 손님들만 얼리 체크인 해주었습니다. 그리고 3시 직전에 2층 주면서 씨뷰라고 업그레이드 된거라고 말하는데 어차피 제 방 타입이 씨뷰라서 어이가 많이 없었습니다. 직원들의 서비스 마인드 교육이 꼭 필요해보입니다.

진짜 넘 좋았어여! 셔틀 수가 조금 적지만 조식 뷔페식이고 베이커리에 신경을 많이 쓴 느낌이었어요:) 다들 친절하고 웰컴 드링크 주고 방이 진짜 넓어요! 그리고 구글후기쓰면 방 업그레이드 해주니까 꼭 해주시구요!! 저는 또 올 거 같아요! 벌레 못 봤고 쾌적하고 에어컨 빵빵하고 수영장도 좋아요. 바로 앞 해변은 노을질때 엄청 이쁩니다! 그리고 밑에 1층 식당 말고 루프탑 식당에서 시켜드세요.. 개존맛탱임… I had a wonderful stay at Solea Coast Resort. The staff, Marifel was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive — they always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality really made a difference. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view that made every morning feel special. I also appreciated the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the resort — perfect for relaxing and recharging. The pool area was great, and everything was well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place to unwind with excellent service and warm hospitality, I highly recommend Solea Coast Resort. I would definitely love to come back again!

I'm in love with this resort. Really had a wonderful experience. 5 stars for the customer service of the staff, also the interior design and the amenities. Additional since my deluxe room was not yet ready the receptionist upgraded my room, I'm super thankful! They exceeded my expectations. Some hotels would let you wait more than hours and no compensation on the long wait. Kudos to the team! Oh I almost forgot to mention they have Free shuttle service if you want to explore the place near Alona beach.
