餐廳的食物雖然是菲式的，可是是創意料理！味道也算好吃，不過早餐很糟糕，一點都不好吃，早餐只拿了一個歐姆蛋就草草結束了

房間還不錯，特地為朋友出差預訂的，這個地方環境嗯還行，有游泳池，有健身房，嗯，出去機場也是很方便的。

感覺還不錯，畢竟價格也在這裏，嗯，特地為朋友。入住辦理的朋友説還不錯，畢竟在菲律賓這裏，這個價格還算可以。

I was surprised to see how nice the hotel is. The lobby is very spacious and grand. I feel safe when I entered the hotel compound. The room was clean and comfy, just nice for 1 person. The only think I don’t like is the fact that they use curtain for the shower room. If it was glass then it would be perfect. That’s the only put off because for such a nice hotel like this it should not use curtain for the shower room

Grand Westside is conveniently located near NAIA Terminal 3, making it a practical choice when flying in or out of T3. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the ₱1,500 rate feels relatively steep compared to the selection offered. The staff are generally young, polite, and accommodating. Some are interns from different universities, which adds a fresh and friendly vibe. The lobby is bright, spacious, and welcoming, with wide hallways that give the place an airy feel. In contrast, the standard rooms are on the smaller side. Amenities are adequate, though I couldn’t find any lotion provided. On the positive side, WiFi is fast, and the cable TV is a nice perk, especially if you’re staying with kids. Another plus is its accessibility: the hotel is just a short ride to Mall of Asia and Ayala Mall by the Bay.

The 1st Room had a heavy stench that gave me headache, ... Luckily it was quickly solved and I was allowed into a new room. It was weird to have no Window open. The service and the work personal, were super friendly and the breakfast was great. A bonus was the free airport shuttle. Would definitely book this one again, when I come to Manila. Thanks for the pleaseant stay.

Great food, amenities, shuttle service to airports and nearby malls. Super sulit!! Babalik ulit with family. Btw, appreciate the immediate support of Ms Krizia to my mom when she accidentally slip po. Appreciate the nurse, housekeeping team and the frontdesk, Anne, you rock!! Giving us 5th floor room easy access sa pool and gym! Love this place. Oh PS - the pool bar, Paul!! You’re the best too. Cheers!!

Check in was seamless and the bed gets 5 stars! The Guest manager was so pleasant and she answered all my rapid questions. The pool area was really nice and they have lots of events so you can enjoy the property. The Bar staff was above and beyond. My new favorite drink is the Marietta. The hotel special is the Halo-Halo and I would return just to enjoy this by the poolside. The view is awesome as you can look out to Manila Bay. The Pool FOOD = 5 stars. I ordered the Chicken Wings THREE TIMES. I have a few complaints but overall I would rebook. The room was nice but I did not have hot water in the shower. The menu is limited and the price is $$$. I paid $25+ for eggs and bacon with coffee and pastries room service. I did not try the buffet but it is open from 6am to 10am. Spa Services were in-room and I am not sure how much I like that idea. It is a new hotel that opened in 2024. Good enough for the price and location, I would stay again.

The hotel is really nice, elegant and clean. Sobrang sarap ng food, worth it ang stay. Maliit lang yung room compared sa mga ibang hotel na napag stayan namin, konti lang yung space for your things lalo na kung family kayo. (We are 3 btw) The hotel is near Okada and other malls near MOA. The pool is heated and kid friendly.

Our stay is good and remarkably memorable because we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniverssary! The amenities are new and clean, and the pool is quite big compared to Kingsford hotel! And the hotel also waived their mandatory P2000 deposit upon our check-in just for that stay 😮💨😮💨 but overall me and my family enjoyed our stay!
