This hotel deserves more visitors. It is a gem in the Bay city area. Went to celebrate my birthday with family. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted warmly by the staff. Kudos to Savea Management and the whole team. Great experience. Even way better experience than my stay at Okada if I say so myself. The rooms are spotless! Fresh sheets and clean linens. Best way to spend my vacation. We will come back for sure!

The hotel are still not fully constructed so expect noise of construction during the day. Budget friendly Apartment hotel. Sparkly clean rooms with balcony. Very good location ayala malls by the bay is just across the hotel.. Big beds both queen size in our room. Not so big but not so small room. Equipped with steam irom and hair dryer. Complete cooking and kitchen utensils. With 2 complimentary coffee pods, tea, water and 3 cans of juice. Spacious bathroom. Buffet breafast have limited selections but all tasty and also limited and shared tables only. Huge swimming pool not heated. Playgound are still under construction. No coffeeshop and restaurant as of the moment. The only open are the pool and gym.

Very convenient location - NAIA, malls, hotels, and ******* nearby. Just opened last Aug 2025 so expect that the amenities are super new. Many units and areas are still under construction so you might hear construction works during the day. Breakfast is limited to a few items and you get to sit with other people on a big round table. Rooms are not too small, not too big. Equipped with cooking equipment, microwave, coffee machine (2 free capsules), fridge (3 free sodas), and an electric kettle. Service is nice! You may scan the qr code to request for something.

Отель отличный с идеальным расположением. Не в самом центре, но в то же время можно дойти до лучших кафе и пляжа можно за 5-10 минут. Очень чистый отель что не мало важно. Еда очень вкусная. Часто обедали в отеле. Единственный минус : депозит был очень большим 400 долларов на 12 дней. Хотя возможно это нормально для всех отелей на Филиппинах. Хотелось бы чтобы о суме депозита предупредили заранее.

El hotel esta tan nuevo, que hay plantas sin terminar, y las instalaciones son algo raras con este modelo de apertura sin acabar todo el hotel. Las habitaciones standard no son muy grandes pero las camas son muy cómodas, sábanas, colchón y almohada fantástico. Aun no tienen sala de desayuno, con lo que lo trajeron a la habitación, el lobby esta desangelado y la zona de piscina esta tan nueva que da miedo estar allí porque aún hay partes del edificio sin terminar y se ven desde ahí. Merece la pena? Si. Pero que sepas donde te metes.

Отель выбрали для небольшой пересадки. В начале сентября еще шли ремонтные работы. Хорошо слышно в номерах, заранее эту информацию здесь или на сайте отеля не предоставляли. Спортзал не работал. Завтрак на выбор, очень большой) нормальный приносили в номер) напротив есть большой молл)
