馬尼拉埃特雷姆尼套房 (Extremeli Suites)

We stayed over a week. Was great! Great price. Ultra clean bright room with balcony view on 28th floor. Awesome friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to Mall of Asia, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, supermarkets. We rented nearby long term accommodation and they kept our luggage secured for almost a week while we travelled to retrieve our belongs from another city. Great cable tv, kitchenette.

部屋に入るとチビゴキブリがお出迎え。しょっぱな気分が悪いなとフロントに部屋を変えて欲しいとリクエストするとハウスキーピングを行かせるから（めんどくさそうだった）とのことでOKして外出。返ってきてもそのままだった。悲しい。 MOAまで歩いて15分程度、レストランが入っているモールまで歩いて5分程度。コンビニ近くにあり。中華系レストランがいくつか周りにある。フィリピン料理、屋台等は無さそう。マッサージ店は無し。治安はセキュリティが各コンドミニアムの下にいるので、夜はジョギングしてる女性を數人見かけたくらいの感じ。 中華系のコンドミニアムの一部をホテルとして使っている感じ。部屋はさほど広くない。ドライヤーはフロントに電話すれば持ってきてくれる。歯ブラシ、コームなどもある。タオルはバスタオルの1枚のみ。 備え付けのエアコンはリモコンの反応悪し、テレビも二つリモコンがあるタイプで簡単に見れず。なんかやたらとローディングしてるのにテレビに行ってくれない謎。スタッフにもやってもらったがよくわからんかった。 プールは朝から夜まで子供から大人までいろんな人が入ってた。 デポジットは1000ペソ。 空港までは近いけど、渋滯があるので20〜30分は見といた方が良い。

아시아몰 근처 이고 주변에 마트 버거킹 세븐일레븐 있어요 수영장 헬스장 이용가능하고 가드들이 많아서 안전한거같아요 가성비 호텔로 손색없어요

歯ブラシなどのアメニティーやタオルなどがあり、快適に過ごせました。 ただ、壁が薄いようで廊下での話し聲や外の騒音がよく聞こえました。

I always travel abroad and I would say that the place is in a good location. Pool and gym was excellent. Only lacks of cleanliness. Poor check in anf confusing elevator access to pool and to the room. But if you’re in a city tour or quick staycation with family.

Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️ Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️ I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️ My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated). During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside.
