There are many rules before checking in, it is difficult for the guest who has many things to do like barcode etc. It should be done once you have booked on 永安,, not to many people you have to talk to outside the apps and ask for any requirements. I wish the front desk was the only one you talked to. And The hotel cleaning fee should be included in the payment when booking, it should not be charged after the booking is complete. The rest its ok

進這個小區，門口安保會要求提供一個二維碼，需要和民宿這邊提前溝通好。不然到了門口想聯繫到她們，是很難的電話打爆也沒人接。 每天收 300 打掃衞生費用，實際沒人打掃。房間也有異味，因為有廚房之前有人做飯的原因吧

The room is just average since it's an old building. The service is not customer friendly and doesn't aim for customer service satisfaction as only 1 person is allowed to enter the lobby for room verification while.the other companions will be waiting outside under the heat of the sun. Further, I don't understand why we still have to go to that process since they already have a counter outside doing the verification. The room is just an average and what saddened us is we wait until 9:00 in the evening to be given the door key where in fact the checkin time is 2:00pm. Lastly, it took them almost 2:00pm the following day to refund the security deposit of P1,000.00 where in fact we checked out at 10:00am the following day. The administrator is not as responsive and won't accept calls. Overall, I will never recommend this.

The staff are all courteous and accomodating. The room is great and all amenities are superb. I loved the pool. Will book again. Highly recommended.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the "cleaning fee" which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly 永安ped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

It was a very awesome  experience. The unit personnel is very accommodating and didn’t leave us without explaining everything. The unit is very clean and the kids enjoyed a lot.

Great the ambiance is good i really enjoy our stay
