部屋は広くて快適です。お風呂場はちょっと臭いが気になったのと、バスタブにカーテンが付いていないので、トイレも水浸しになります。朝ごはんのビュッフェは標準的かなと思います。

I booked a stay at this hotel and specifically requested a window room. Upon check-in, I was given a room without a window. When I asked the front desk, I was told I had booked a standard room, which apparently includes only non-window rooms. However, this important detail was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel's website or during the booking process. When I raised this again, the staff then told me that window rooms do exist, but they were already taken. This inconsistency was disappointing and made me feel misled. The room was ageing, with visible wear and tear. Cleanliness was fair, but not impressive. Overall, the experience was below expectations. The hotel could improve by updating its website to clearly state which rooms do not have windows and by being more transparent during booking. Better communication and basic upkeep would go a long way!
