хороший отель, огромное здание и всегда много постояльцев. Завтрак сытный, но лучше пораньше на него приходить. В номерах нет холодильника, в чем огромный минус. Но в целом достойный и более менее недорогой вариант. Удобная логистика самый главный плюс

Tuve 2 incidencias durante mi estancia, una de ellas es que uno de los 4 días que pasé en el hotel, tuve que ducharme con agua fría y pedí 2 veces que lo solucionaran. Aún así, he valorado todo con 5 estrellas porque el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema. Limpieza, espacio y todo el resto muy bien.

Necesitan también hablar español.

Good location, very close to Metro stations and a quick ride away from most attractions and plenty of places to eat , Boulangeries and local shops very close by. The hotel itself is very simple and I believe they serve breakfast etc.. too and there is a fully stacked vending machine (although pricey) for anything you may need. Rooms was cleaned daily by lovely lady but shower was a bit dodgy as it struggled to stay in place but there was plenty of hot water and Air Conditioning too. Worth the price good value stay!

The hotel quite far from the center city but it’s come with less expensive price. No amenities in the rooms even coffee, kettle etc. However, The service of staffs is good.

First of all this is a hotel I will never recommend. Stayed in many Ibis hotels around the world I must say this is my worst experience. When I arrived they gave a very old room with curtains that doesn’t work properly. After I went to do highlight to them they gave me another room which is much more proper than the first one. Which makes me wonder why allocate me the first room to being with when they have other rooms that is working well? Maybe cos I’m Asian? There is no amenities in the room to be exact, no min fridge no hot water kettle. The TV is not working as well. To my disappointment I contacted 永安. To explain the problems I’m facing after I checked in they immediately contact the hotel but they are not willing to do cancellation nor improve my stay in their property. 永安 came back to me and say they are unable to do anything which they tried their best. Even they are informed that the tv is not working they want me to call them again to ask for help. The location of the hotel is not good even if it’s not too far from the metro. If you have big luggage it won’t make much sense as you have to walk a slop to take a lift in order to get to the hotel. If the lift do not work I don’t think they will do anything to help the guests. Also be reminded that if you take a taxi or uber you also not able to drive up to their drive way. Means they will alight you somewhere and you still have to take the lift to the hotel ground. When I finally checked out I ask for assistance to where should I select my pick up for uber. The front desk told me to select a particular location and ask me to take the lift down and there is where the uber will pick me up just next to the lift. After I went down I can’t locate the uber as there is no driveway next to the lift. Overall the staffs attitude is not helpful and impatient. I have never gave bad reviews to hotel. But I can safely say this is my worst experience with hotels. Not recommended. Their mission about their smile team I think is a joke! There is no team that will help you if you have any issues. Anyway the tv was not working throughout even they came to so called looked at it.

2번째 방문입니다. 파리 외곽에 위치하지만 13호선 14호선이랑 트램이 다녀서 교통은 편리합니다.

L’unico punto a favore è la posizione: vicino a metro e stazione, comoda per spostarsi ovunque. Anche la reception è curata e lo staff è gentile. Ma le stanze sono un disastro: piccole, arredamento vecchio, moquette consumata ovunque, anche nei corridoi. Solo due prese in tutta la stanza, una occupata dalla TV e una libera — quindi se siete in due, già non basta per caricare i telefoni. Nessun servizio base: niente ciabatte, niente bottiglietta d’acqua, niente cassaforte. Il bagnoschiuma era mezzo vuoto, nemmeno riempito del tutto. Struttura trascurata, sicuramente non da classificare tra gli hotel consigliabili.
