The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.

This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing 永安. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases on the metro. And the neighbourhood isn't touristy, so it's good to escape the crowds. Large (2 euros) and very large (3 euros) lockers are available to leave luggage on the day of departure.

The front officer is in bad manner. He feels like don’t want to do anything for the customer, being rude and talking with not respect to customer. This is the only one time in my life to see front officer like this.  Shame on you IBiS

在入住時由於服務人員的疏失，造成我付了3倍的的城市税，我在行發現後被告知必須於隔天才能進行退款，明明是以現金進修付費，可以當晚就退款的！

Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.
