交通方便，巴黎北站3分鐘步行，四周美食林立，特別是家樂福超市就在酒店邊上，房小了一點，還夠用。還算較滿意

WE were on a short visit to Paris and needed a hotel near to Gare du Nord. Hotel Whistler was well-situated and very convenient for accessing the station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were fine (although the lighting in our room was a bit dim!). The breakfast next morning was good with a wide variety of foods provided. We were able to leave our cases there for a few hours while we were out which was very helpful. The pricing was reasonable. Very clean hotel. Location was only 100m away from Gare Du Nord. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient to rest, this is a right place for you. The breakfast was decent. However, I dont think this is a place for family to stay as the room was quite small.

房間很小，燈光很暗 衞生條件也不好，每天衹是打掃房間不給換床單 設施很舊，環境一般 服務很好。 離火車站很近，走過馬路5分鐘就到 我在這裏住的四個晚上，第二天起床就發現身上有紅點就沒在意，接下來第三天越來越嚴重，我們衹能去葯店買葯去諮詢，説是臭蟲咬的，當時我就嚇了一跳，快回去跟酒店協商要求退房，也給永安客服發去訊息，永安客服給力，馬上回復了我的問題 也跟酒店經理協商給我們換了一間大房子，讓我們住一下看怎樣還會不會有一樣的問題，但是我們住了還是一樣的問題，現在的身體越來越嚴重，很癢癢到晚上不可以睡，但是永安的客服很暖心跟他們溝通後，他們把我的醫葯費給報銷了我們¥400，讓我們的心情緩解了一些。感謝🙏永安的客服。

Fantastic location, walking distance from the main train station. Room is spacious and clean. The only issue is they don't replenish water. Very unique telephone in the room.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 100 m de la gare. Le personnel est serviable, la décoration des chambres est originale. Petit bémol, il faut de temps en temps attendre que le personnel se serve son café pendant le petit déjeuner. Ça serait sympa de leur installer une machine à café ou de donner priorité aux clients 😉.

The hotel was in a great location if you need easy access to Gare Du Nord. It was clean and fine with nice staff however as the 5th hotel I’ve stayed in Paris over the last 18 months I found it quite basic in terms of breakfast / amenities and even the layout of the room. We did get a goods nights sleep though as we couldn’t hear anything from the chaos / trains outside.

This hotel was very creative in the sense that they portrayed the theme of an imaginary train setting in the room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. It is right next to Gare du Nord so the location is one of its strengths. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
