Posizione centralissima, molto comoda anche a livello di metro se si vuole raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Il quartiere è vicino Place des Vosges. L’hotel in se è carino e pulito. Per una notte per noi andava bene però siamo stati in hotel migliori.

毎回パリに來た時には利用しています。 最新のかわいいホテルとはまた違いますが、アットホームな雰囲気が大好きです。 また次回もよろしくお願いします！

ベッドやエアコンは快適に作動しました。しかし設備にあるグラスは中が汚く、15時以降には部屋に戻れるはずなのに15時から部屋の清掃を初めて出かける羽目になりました。さらに最悪なのはデポジットを返してくれません。これを言ってホテル側に噓を書くなと言われても良いです。なぜなら本當にデポジットを返さないからです。だからレビューにデポジットを返さないと書きました。返せば書きません。永安を通じてホテル側に連絡するとホテル税である30€しか徴収していないと回答がありました。私のカード利用履歴にはしっかりとこのホテルの名前でデポジット分の料金が引かれているのに馬鹿げた噓をつきました。永安のホテルページにもデポジットを徴収すると書いてあるし、返さないのは本當に意味がわかりません。本當はこう言う事言いたくないのですが、私が日本人で英語が拙いから騙しているのですか？アジア人で差別をしているのですか？騙せると思ったのですか？合計で4日間宿泊しまして、當時のユーロを円に換算した結果、引き落とされた分の日本円になりました。スクリーンショットをオペレーターに送り、現在問い合わせをしています。いつまで噓をつきますか？私がアジア人だから騙せると思いましたか？差別や騙してもいいですが、日本人は頭が良いので事前にスクリーンショットで色々な証拠を持っているのですが、いつまで噓をつくつもりですか？オペレーターには言いましたが、このまま噓をつくのであれば法的処置を取ると言いました。噓をついても良いですが、噓をついて私の數萬円を盜むのか、刑務所の中で數年過ごすのはどちらが良いですか？あまり日本人を舐めない方が良いですよ。

An old hotel with a small, old furnished bathroom, especially the tiny toilet place. We arrived a bit earlier after the overnight flight( I requested early checkin in the reservation). We were so tired and asked for an early checkin, but got rejected even though they had room ready. They will charge €30+ for early checkin, any minutes before 3pm. That’s not hospitality! No matter how polite your staff speak, the most important thing is being helpful and solve an easy issue. We ended up with just watching the clock to reach checkin time since outside was cold and raining at that day. That’s ridiculous!

The room is completely different from what’s shown on the advert. Those pictures on the advert are different from the actual hotel and the rooms. I think those pictures were taken when the hotel was still new, maybe from some 50yrs ago. The garden looks great on the picture, but when you go there nothing is good about that place. It is really misleading. The breakfast is so terrible- just bread, 2 types of juice and boiled eggs every single day. And of course there were some hot drinks. Very bad indeed for the price we paid. Hard to believe this’s a 4* hotel. On the advert it says there is airport shuttle at a surcharge but when I called to book a day before my flight, I was told that they won’t do it anymore. I have been to so many places in Europe or even outside Europe, and this one is the worst 4* hotel I have ever seen. I traveled with my wife and she hated it. The only positive is the location, close to metro and you can go anywhere you want. The other one is staff speak English, and helpful.

It’s not classic it’s old . Forniture and bathroom need a total renovation . Table and chairs at the breakfast are horrible . Moquette in the room . Yellow ceramic bathroom . We are in 2023 not in 1970 …. There 50 years between this hotel and the day of your reservation . If you want a vintage style you have to buy something vintage in a modern structure , in this hotel is everything vintage . It’s like someone bought the hotel so many years ago and hold it without renovate anything.

1. 위치. 사람이 너무 많지 않고 교통편도 나쁘지 않았다. 2. 서비스. 정말 친절하심. 실수로 접시를 깨먹었는데😅 빠르고 확실하게 처리하고 미안해하는 나에게 상냥하셨음. 냉장고안에 있지 않은 물병은 무료이고, 원하면 또주심. 서비스적 측면에서 호감도가 엄청 올라갔다. 3. 이 가격에 이 퀄리티. 아주 굿. 특히 화장실이 굉장히 깔끔해서 좋았다. 4. 특별히 뭐 말한건 없지만 대체적으로 나쁘지 않았다. 조식이 상당히 괜찮았다. 가성비와 서비스측면에서 다음에 파리에 가게되면 또 가고싶은 호텔

Muy bonito hotel , para quien se quiera sentir en el verdadero antiguo paris , este es el lugar ideal . El único punto que falta es el desayuno incluido está muy limitado en cuanto variedad , aquí podrían mejorarlo !
