設施：比較全面但有點小，巴黎酒店的典型特徵 衞生：比較乾淨，看起來像是新裝修過 環境：交通便利，15分鐘步行可達凱旋門，周邊有很多超市和餐廳 服務：very good, 第一天到達時打車visa卡刷不了，前台幫忙處理了。

地理位置很好，就在RER和M1的交匯處。 但是，1. 房間真的太小了，比我在英國上學時候的學生宿舍都小一些，並且沒有承諾的咖啡機之類的。2. 房間看起來乾淨，實則床非常臟。我和男友第一晚都塵蟎過敏，全身癢的不行。睡了一小時起來把床單掀開看到了床墊上的topper都已經漏了羽毛出來，看起來很多年沒換過了。以至於後面的幾晚我們都睡在被子上，就沒有再癢過了。 3. 住了四晚，房間應該清潔3次，但是衹有第一晚之後有人清潔，剩下的兩天都沒人來清潔。我還特意把“please clean my room”的牌子掛在了外面，有人故意把牌子翻過去變成“do not disturb”。他們的清潔人員為了不幹活真是太可笑了。 總之，這家酒店是我們旅行中的敗筆，請不要訂這家酒店了。

酒店位置不錯，離凱旋門和香街都很近，周圍地鐵站汽車站都有，酒店衞生好、前台及客房服務人員態度友好，早餐製作新鮮好吃。值得注意的是早餐是否收費一定確任明確，我訂的含早被收費，經永安平台幹預得到解決。推薦的。

房間很小，擺開一個24寸的行李箱要佔用過道的位置，衞生間擁擠。整體上是個小而美的小酒店。附近生活較便利，地鐵站很近，1號線出行非常方便。

The hotel and the room were both exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. The metro station was nearby, and the Champs Élysées was only a 10 minute walk away, with other major tourist attractions accessible within 30 minutes via the metro. However, one drawback of our stay was the hotel staff. We only encountered one particularly kind and accommodating staff member, whose name we, unfortunately, forgot to ask. He was truly outstanding and made our experience more pleasant. In contrast, the majority of the staff were quite condescending. We observed that French speaking guests received excellent service, whereas we, as English speaking guests, did not receive the same level of attentiveness or assistance. It was evident that the staff did not extend the same level of respect to English speakers. Despite this, we remained courteous, expressed our gratitude for their service, and bid them farewell. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this hotel, but we sincerely hope they reconsider their approach toward non French speaking guests.

Our check-in was terrible, spent almost 30 minutes checking in. 2 ladies served us, the older female employee was very rude while the younger one was the complete opposite, very polite and friendly. Older lady seemed very pretentious as well, you could see that her tone was a little sarcastic. We booked via the hotel website but it got cancelled as the hotel's payment system couldn't take our payment. Hence we booked on 永安 instead. The hotel's internal system wasn't great hence it still recognised two bookings even though the cancellation via the hotel directly was being sent to my email which I showed to her. She put the blame on us for booking via two systems when obviously the hotel's system was faulty. Also, no email was being sent to us regarding pre-booking the swimming pool pre-永安 - we wanted to book it on the spot and she again blamed us for not knowing that. Anyways the younger lady made it much better and was extremely hospitable.
