巴黎7區勃艮第街蒙塔納酒店（近榮軍院，國民議會及塞納河畔） (Hôtel Bourgogne & Montana)

딸과 함께 2박 3일간의 파리 여행이었는데 숙소 선택이 아주 좋았습니다. 걸어서 센느강변 산책할수 있어서 좋았고, 오랑주리 오르세도 걸어서 다닐만 했어요 숙소도 관리가 잘되서 쾌적하고 편안했습니다. 주변에 안전해서 가족단위나 여성들에게 추천합니다.

The hotel’s amenities were shockingly subpar for a four-star establishment. The room only provided instant coffee, and there was no fridge—making it impossible to store even basic items. The sink area was so cramped that there was no space for toiletries, and they didn’t even supply two cups—forcing us to use drinking glasses to hold our toothbrushes. To make matters worse, there was only one elevator, which broke down from time to time, leaving us to climb up and down five floors within 3 days. At this point, I began questioning where this hotel’s four-star rating came from. But the absolute worst part? The toilet was covered in old, stubborn stains—clearly from long-term neglect. (See attached photos.) When I reported this to reception, the staff refused to change our room or offer a refund. Instead, the woman dismissed the issue, claiming, 'It’s an old toilet,' and implied that unwashed toilets were normal across Europe—as if I were some ignorant tourist. Let me be clear: I’ve traveled to every country in Europe over the past decade and even lived here. Never have I encountered a hotel—let alone a four-star one—with such appalling hygiene. The fact that they blamed *me* for 'not liking the stains' (rather than admitting their lack of cleaning) was insulting. I told her that I tried to clean it with the shower but unfortunately it doesn’t reach the toilet. She agreed they don’t wash the toilet and only offered to clean it after I complained, but she said “we would ask somebody to clean it if you don’t like the stains”, proving they had no intention of maintaining basic standards. Last but not least, unbearable sewage smell was emanating from the bathroom—likely due to a drainage issue—making the room uninhabitable. Despite our best efforts to tolerate it, the stench was so overwhelming that we had to reduce the amount of time we spend in the bathroom. This was an unacceptable experience. Disgusted, we didn’t stay for all the nights we paid for, and left the next day for another city. Another funny thing is, when asked to carry the luggages down 5 floors for check-out, the lift worked again. How ridiculous is it that they actually lock and unlock the lift freely. It really is a first we have ever seen. All in all, this hotel failed on every level—service, cleanliness, and basic decency. A complete disgrace to the hospitality industry, and to Paris.

第二次入住此酒店。位置很不錯，設施中規中矩。但這次體驗感不好，入住的房間沒有熱水洗澡，早餐的牛奶是酸的，小酒店管理上還是比較不完善的。

호텔 지이이이인짜 좋아여ㅠㅠㅠ 신행으로 갔는데 축하도 해주시고 룸 업그레이드도 해주셨어요!! 루프탑에선 두오모 성당도 보인답니당＞＜

コンコルド広場まで徒歩10分、ふたつの駅にアクセスできる立地で靜かなところでした。 お部屋はとても可愛くパリの建物の様子が伺えて癒されます。アメニティもとても良く、スリッパやバスローブなどもありました。スタッフさんも親切でした。 シャワーのお湯が朝にはでるのですが、夜でないことは少し殘念でした。

房間比想象中要大，位置出行方便，去機場地鐵一個小時就到了。周圍主要是政府辦公區，所以遊客並不多。去熱鬧的商業區要坐地鐵。 衞生間略小，要是增加一個掛毛巾或衣服的架子會更方便一些。早飯很好吃很豐盛哦

地點很不錯，很清幽感覺是他們的高級住宿區，離地鐵站近（雖然我們沒有使用），附近有兩間當地超市，隔壁有一間米其林餐廳（很遺憾沒吃）

街區非常安靜且安全（沒有奇怪的人），去往左岸所有著名景點購物地都很方便，酒店沒有年代感超級乾淨，床也很舒服，洗手間馬桶和淋浴是分開的，這點太優秀了，自帶熱水壺和咖啡機，太棒！下次出差價格合適還會住

The location is convenient, with the hotel being about a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The area is safe, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable with a touch of artistic flair.

위치가 너무 좋았어요 ! 걸어서 루브르까지도 갈만했고(25분 정도?) 근처에 오르세, 콩코르드, 샹젤리제, 에펠탑 다 있어서 걸어서 여행가능했습니다 ◡̈ 직원 모두 친절했고, 객실은 유럽느낌 물씬이라 특별했어요 엘리베이터도 있어서 짐도 잘 옮겼습니다 ! 체크아웃 후 잃어버린 물건도 맡아주셨는데 일정이 늦어져서 거의 12시에 갔음에도 너무 친절히 안내해주셨어요~ 파리 여행이 처음이라 숙소를 이동했는데, 다음엔 여기에서만 머무르려구요!
