伯克利酒店 (Berkeley)

位置方便，出門就是地鐵，周圍吃東西地方多

Hôtel bien placé, à la sortie de la gare Montparnasse. Très pratique . Nous étions au 6ème étage , très calme . Literie un peu essoufflée!

Vétuste et mal entretenu. Petit déj mediocre

Bit small and well used

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, propre et salle de bains rénovée. Je recommande !

Un bémol tout de même au petit déjeuner il n'y a pas de salé genre tranches de jambon blanc , œufs durs ou brouillés et fromage car il peut y avoir des clients diabétiques qui ne mangent pas de sucre le matin La salle du petit déjeuner est assez étroite

There is no good things about this hotel except location. Room is very small and old decorated. Facilities are old fashioned. Looks like hidden camera in toilet area, be careful check carefully.

The hotel charged us for breakfast that we believe already paid via 永安. "Breakfast for two" in the booking detail is not sufficient for the hotel. They said it should include to the word: "Included".

Bien situé ( Gare SNCF et metro) Bon accueuil Chambre correcte et propre / SDB WC bien J'y vais regulierement .

Check carefully if your room is on the 6th floor, rooms on the 6th floor do not have elevator access, you have to carry all of your luggage to your room by the stairs. The rooms on the 6th floor also have a very low ceiling as shown in the picture. The water in the room was also heated very slowly. The receptionist promised us that they will swap our room with another one two days later when we checked in, saying that the room on the 6th floor was the only room they had, yet when we asked for that two days later, another receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and they could not offer us a change before we check out. I asked if there would be rooms available after people had checked out, and she said no. However, at night on the same day, when we asked a young male receptionist the same thing again, at first he said the hotel was fully booked but after a while he was kind enough to give us a room to change after listening to our problems in the room. The service attitude of the receptionist definitely needs to be improved except for the young male receptionist. Not a pleasant stay overall
