奧德蘭酒店 (Hotel Audran)

A simple, convenient stay for a few hours after a late arrival. The location is excellent — set in a chic neighbourhood, just a short walk from Sacré-Cœur.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in after midnight following a long day of travel and, being exhausted, didn’t double-check whether I’d been given the room I actually paid for. The next morning, I woke up early for a 5am bike tour and noticed something felt off, but I was too tired to fully process it. When I returned from the tour and tried to nap, I was woken by loud noise from the hallway, followed by a call from reception saying someone needed to come into my room to fix the air conditioning—something I wasn’t even aware was an issue. I was half-asleep but let them in because they insisted. The next morning, I was woken up again—this time by very loud noise from the room next door. I finally checked my booking on 永安 and realized I hadn’t been given the room I reserved, which included a city view. I went to reception and explained the issue. The man at the front desk told me very bluntly that the hotel prioritizes placing families in rooms next to each other and that, because I was traveling alone, I was not a priority. That’s why I didn’t get the room I paid for. This was extremely disappointing—not only because I didn’t receive what I booked, but also because of the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. I understand that room adjustments happen, but to downgrade a guest without informing them, then justify it by saying they’re “not a priority” is simply unacceptable. The location is great, but unfortunately, the service and disregard for guest comfort left me feeling very unwelcome.

Очень вкусный завтрак, чисто, отличный персонал, удобное расположение, есть вайфай, единственное- был сломан лифт и мебель уже старовата, на мансарде очень маленькая комната, но мне было не критично, спасибо сотрудникам за помощь и приятное пребывание!

Facilities are old and a bit rundown. Overall it is in a good location though, and clean. The bed mattress was not really comfortable, very soft. Service was ok.

Eğer 6.kattan oda verirlerse kabul etmeyin kaçak çıkılmış. Asansörde 5.katta inip bir kat dar bir merdivende koca bavulla çıkamadık. Oda soğuk. En üst kat olduğu için daha soğuk. Şu en üst kata çıkarken zorlanıyor, sıcak su sıkıntı oda dendiği gibi 13-15 metrekare değil.

酒店地理位置優越，距離巴黎歌劇院，凱旋門，盧浮宮，紅磨坊等均步行可達。房間不大但乾淨舒適，樓下餐館很多，非常熱鬧。附近200米內多個超市，麪包房，非常方便。

比較小，樓下稍微有點熱鬧，不過比較方便。

The location is quite convenient but I was placed on the 6th floor attic, it was small and hot. There was one night I got so many ants in the room and I even got allergic to it. When booking the room, 永安 specified the price for breakfast is 6 euros, but they actually charge 10. I think the price should be consistent from two sides . Overall, it’s not very satisfying.

Мы остались с пятницы на субботу. Жили в номере 16 это второй этаж. Внизу был бар и оживленная тусовка. Если у вас чуткий сон, вам нужны беруши. А так отелем чистотой и розетками мы остались довольны. В туалете есть окно прям возле унитаза, прикольно

安くて部屋も綺麗でアクセスも良かった。毎日清掃してくれました。固形石鹸一個とタオル類、コップは有りましたがシャンプー、鼻紙はないので用意が必要です。ドライヤー？は洗面のところに備え付けられていました。 朝がとても綺麗な場所です。
