このホテルには正直がっかりしました。まず、部屋もバスルームもとても狹く、スーツケースを広げるスペースもほとんどありませんでした。さらに滯在中、エレベーターが壊れていて使えず、大きな荷物を階段で運ばなければならなかったのが本當に大変でした。立地自體は悪くなく、観光や食事に出かけるには便利な場所にありますが、それ以外に良い點はあまり見つかりません。滯在中に停電がかあり、またカードキーが反応しなくなって部屋に入れなくなるトラブルも発生しました。フロントの対応も微妙でした。アメニティも非常に少なく、シャンプーが置かれていないのには驚きました。全體的に設備も古く、清潔感もあまり感じられません。立地の良さだけではとても満足できるホテルではなく、正直おすすめはしません。次にこのエリアを訪れるときは、絶対にここには泊まらないと思います。

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room is in unacceptable condition — it is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is full of mold and has a terrible smell. Since yesterday afternoon, the alarm has been going off continuously, and we were woken up at 7:00 a.m. because of the noise We were informed that cleaning is provided only every four days, which is completely unacceptable given the state of the room. This has been the worst experience we could possibly have.

The hotel was situated next to the station. Very convenient and easy to locate. The receptionists were friendly. Don't understand why they gave us a handicapped room and we realised the next day. On the ground floor next to the courtyard. Nevertheless, the room was big, hot was very very good. We didn't ask for exchange as the room was beautifully clean, bedsheets smelled fresh. Overall love this hotel. The only bad sight was when u walk to the train station we saw strange and dangerous people. That part we didmt feel safe. . Didn't like that part. Other than that location, hotel, rooms were superb

The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The Amenities felt almost non existent. No fridge, tea coffee not replaced, no mugs in the room for tea. Towels not replaced Tele had no English streaming service so wasn't used. Location was good but very noisy as right on a main rd. Only the staff would encourage me to stay again

I had a wonderful stay at Lennon by Avalon Hotel! The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from Gare du Nord, which made traveling with an infant much easier. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. They also provided a baby cot upon request, which made our stay more comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping. There were plenty of food options nearby, and the convenience of having supermarkets and cafes within walking distance was a plus. Overall, it was a great value for money and ideal for families or couples looking for a comfortable stay in central Paris. I’d definitely come back!

位置：距離巴黎北站步行5分鐘，去機場和乘坐地鐵都很方便。房間：這個價位的酒店房間也就這樣大小，還湊合，能放行李箱，挺乾淨。環境：附近飯店超市多，但人多雜亂，尤其位於蒙馬特附近，流浪漢不少，天黑前回酒店。

Location is very good, easy to walk from nord station. The room is pretty small. Furthermore, I have booked 2 rooms with my family but they cannot provided the adjacent room and place me in difference floors (4th and 6th floor). The key card doesn't work and take 15 mins to access my room. Too tried. Anyway, the staff is very nice and good support.
