phone is not working,cable spoils. The TV signal is lost too often. Every time we come back to the room we have to call the reception counter to inform them of the issue. Last night of our stay,Tv not working at all. Very frustrated bcoz a person attending to rectify is not the maintenance.

The room not very clean but overall still acceptable. The pillow cover and the tower also abit yellowish. Please improve on the maintenance services

We stay superior family room. The room is L shape so comfortable for our family. 1 queen n 1 single , only 3 pillow provided. Parking at basement is enough for the guest. Cleanliness is average, it need deep cleaning because the grout tiles is yellow. We stay for 5 days but they dont offer room cleaning but maybe we can request. The bedsheet has stain, after check out i wonder if they change bedsheet cause i dont see bedsheet at house keeping trolley when they clean the room. Breakfast provided but just same n simple breakfast everyday, nasi goreng, mihun, sandwich, watermelom, scramble egg, toast, karipap, nugget, sausage but on sunday there is nasi lemak n fried chicken There is family mart 24hrs , CU, so easy to buy food

I stayed 3 nights here for outstation. The check in was seamless with RM100 cash deposit. The room was spacious and clean with small fridge. Iron station at every level. The location was superb with Family Mart, KK Mart, KFC, Al-Ikhsan at the ground floor. Plus, the location is very close to almost everything! I can enjoy my course during the day and straight away going to the gym afterwards without travelling far. Lots of eateries nearby also. The hotel also provided decent breakfast, not too lavish but enough. Parking spaces is not an issue at all. It has swimming pool at the rooftop but I didn't make time for it but it was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.
