The room was nice. I noticed there’s a bucket near the desk (probably overflow from above ceiling). It was decent room. No elavator but it’s okay. Nice customer service though.

Nama hotel pintar , tapi tak sepintar sebenarnya . Ada ke nak pakai iron ke bayar? Lahhhhhh! Tutup jelah hotel tu okey! Dengan tetiba bilik tak ada tingkap tapi langsir ada ? Motif ?

The call room to room is not functioning. I complaint about the bes side lamp not funtioning but no technician came to repair. Bell is not functioning. The hotel only provide tea beg for two for family room which has 3 occupants. No sugar provided.  For the hot water , you have to take outside from the Coway . As for the ironinng you have to pay rm0.50 for 1 hour

Hotel ini tiada lift hanya kena menaiki tangga ke tingkat 1 dan 2. Amat tidak mesra pelanggan terutamanya kepada golongan warga emas, OKU dan orang-orang yang ada masalah untuk berjalan dengan kuat.

The room doesn't provide iron nor kettle which the management put them outside at the hallway for public use. You can stay here for our UTHM's event considering this hotel is the nearest to the University.

一間在馬來社區的酒店，也是由馬來人經營的酒店大部分是馬來人居住 房間還可以，就走廊什麼的黴味很重。。。 找吃就有些困難哦！ 如果是參加大學的畢業典禮，將就住一住吧！
