帕賽卡巴雅酒店 (Kabayan Hotel Pasay)

Small bedroom but clean and nice. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Close to train station and airport shuttle bus station in walking distance.

雖然不提供毛毯衹有被單，但晚上睡覺一點都不覺得冷。（提供毛毯需要額外加錢） 房間內沒有吹風機，但打前台會有送到房間的服務。 整個酒店做的規規矩矩，而且香氛也很好聞。 一個人旅行的話真的住起來物超所值。 附近也有711便利店，超羣中式連鎖快餐，以及國民快餐品牌joilbee。屈臣氏也有，購物很方便。

1.房間特小。和訂房當初的不同，標準雙人房（一大床一小床）。與在永安上所提供的照片又完全不一樣，懷疑被偷偷換掉房間。（不要說是櫃枱弄錯了，房價完全不相同。） 2.浴室洗澡間無熱水無門無抽風機無吹風機馬桶異位很重。 3.人在國外，語言溝通較困難，有點被欺負和欺騙的感覺。 4.

두번째 묵었는데 전반적으로 좋았어요. 위치도 좋긴한데 주변 편의점이 없고 앞도로가 너무 복잡합니다

Hice el check-in a las 3 a. m. sin ningún problema. El personal es muy servicial y amable. La habitación tiene el tamaño adecuado: sencilla, práctica y perfecta para estancias cortas. En el pasillo hay una zona para planchar la ropa y servirse agua potable, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. El baño cuenta con un inodoro con bidet de estilo japonés, un detalle que añade confort a la estancia.

11:30にアーリーチェックインさせてくれたのは感謝。 ただ與えられた部屋には冷蔵庫、椅子が無かった。 ついでに言うと、ポット、ティー、コーヒー、ティッシュも無し。 コンセントと照明スイッチの間隔が狹すぎて、120w充電器繋げなかった。 セキュリティボックスだけは立派でした。

Hotel was located not far from airport and was a minutes walking from Metro Point Mall. Which was connected to both LRA n MRT trains. Staff's were friendly and helpful. There were no halal foods on restaurant menu, but restaurant staff are always ready to discuss and prepare halal food for us. I'm really thankfull for chef and restaurant staff's.

Very good hotel, especially for layovers at NAIA. Helpful and friendly staff. Fast food and convenience stores are nearby. Extremely clean and safe hotel. If you're not used to the most urban of urban settings in SE Asia, you may have a bit of shock about the location. I would stay again for a layover.

HONEST REVIEW - A Very Satisfying First Hotel Experience Honestly, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve read some reviews mentioning that the building is a bit old and could use some renovations, and I can agree with that to some extent. However, it’s definitely not to the point where I felt the building was unsafe or uncomfortable. One small suggestion for improvement would be to vacuum the hallways more often, as the carpets could use a little attention. As for the room, it was just as shown in the photos! I booked a Superior Room and a Standard Twin Room for my family. FOR THE STANDARD TWIN ROOM, my advice would be that if you’re just two people, it might be better to book a room with one large bed. Even though the room has two beds, only the double bed comes with blankets and pillows. I was really impressed with how responsive and helpful the staff was. I had an issue with the shower, and although I had to call twice, the engineer arrived quickly both times and fixed the problem without any delays. Now, the air conditioning – since the room is a bit older, it took a little time for the aircon to cool the room, but once it did, it was wonderfully cold, which made for a very comfortable stay. I’m so happy to give my experience a solid 9/10. The room was clean, the air conditioning was perfect once it kicked in, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. Plus, the room smelled fresh and inviting, which was a nice touch. I’d also like to mention the security guards—they were not only kind and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were looking out for us. AS FOR THE SUPERIOR ROOM that I booked for my family, I have nothing but praise for it—10/10! It was spacious, the air conditioning was cold, and the room smelled great. We were all very happy with our stay. And just like their tagline suggests, their hotel is indeed accessible to all (LRT & MRT's a building away). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I will definitely book here again if I visit Manila in the future.

I highly recommended this hotel to my friends and co-financial advisors! Absolutely amazing services at reasonable accommodation. I felt relaxed and safe especially there was a Bible in the room. I’m glad I booked with 永安 because it’s way cheaper using the app than actual booking in hotels. Thank you 永安 and Kabayan hotel!
