房間還是蠻不錯的，就是需要付按金，不過好在按金退了，雖然我沒有菲律賓的賬戶，但是他們還是通過付款寶退還給我了。這個很不錯。下次有機會我再來。

May maliliit na ipis. Walang lock ang door knob kapag nasa labas, hindi na nag provide si owner ng susi with reason na malayo location nya sa condo, kami pa nag adjust. Buti wala naman pumasok sa kwarto while nasa labas kami (siguro). May mabahong amoy, amoy usok sigarilyo. Siguro sa filter na ata ng ACU yon. Yet ok naman sana ACU, malamig naman. Walang remote ang TV, kaya hindi makapanood. Gumagana naman ibang appliances, nagamit naman namin microwave, washing machin, e-fan. Wala lang tissue and kahit bottled water man lang or coffee, sira din electric kettle. Mukhang used din yung beddings, hindi man lang pinalitan ng bago or kahit bagong laba man lang for hygiene. Tiis tiis nalang, no choice na, kasi ayaw na magpa cancel ni owner. Sayang din binayad.

1. No clear check-in procedures. First time to encounter such a hassle. The staff can only be reached via sms. Kept on cancelling my urgent calls. Had to wait for her almost half an hour outside the unit just for the key. 2. Smell of cigarette odor inside the room. No available air freshner to neutralize it. 3. The host did not change the linens. 4. Dusts is everywhere. 5. Dirty sofa and throw pillows.

Hindi sumasagot sa tawag yung agent nila, and yung binook kong room hindi yun ang binigay samin pagdating walang maaayos na cooperation with the agent walang susing naibigay dahil hindi sumasagot sa call. Madumi din yung mga gamit sa loob ng room specially the bed.

Its comfortable everything is good the only this g, unit has no rice cooker, no glass or cap and smell smoke of cigarettes and balcony is dirty and the cabinet is broken and a lot of electric stuff. And the other attendant came and we don’t know her she’s trying to come inside to the unit but she didn’t introducé herself and I didn’t let her in because I dont know her. And also we check out and called the caretaker Christel and ask the deposit to refund us but she only told me she’s still sleeping at 12noon and till now still we didn’t receive the deposit refund 🤣

Disappointed 👎 you cannot use the microwave coz it’s not working,we’ve been requesting since the first day we came but they just gave us fake promises.you cannot use also the electric kettle coz don’t have proper plug for the kettle,the sink was stocked and cannot drain the water fast.the stove is very low heat.,…and only the bed is comfortable for us,….this accommodation is good only for 1day stay!

It's good for the price and location however, there's something on the smell. No efforts just as is and the standard condo so dont expect anything. Overall it is good since approachable and mabait yung may ari. Hindi pwede sa mga pihikan

Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, my family experienced a nearly hour-long delay reaching an agent for their room booking due to an inaccessible phone line and a significant wait in the lobby. By 4:30 PM, they successfully connected with an agent and their stay proceeded smoothly thereafter. This initial difficulty was the only negative aspect of an otherwise pleasant experience.

The house is clean but it smelt bad - like a cigarette smoke. The air-conditioning unit and the heater in the shower were functioning well. However, as guests, we expected that the host would help us in our needs especially with pool access. To be able to swim in the pool, we need to buy a ticket but the staff at the payment center did not give us because according to her, there is an existing balance under the host's unit. So we were affected, and instead of solving this, the host became unresponsive despite messaging her on 永安 chat, Whatspp and on her number. I felt pity for my niece who was not able to enjoy the playground and the pool. Terrible service.
