The front desk staff were very friendly and facilitative, especially the doorman on my check-in day. But on the second and third day, he was nice but didn't smile. A smile often worn helps in being more approachable since you are working in the service industry. There was no food, but the manong on the first day was very helpful, so I was able to find a place to eat with fresh, good food and affordable. I like to place because of the clean place and the accessible charging area while waiting. I actually have told my friends of the place that whenever we travel as a group in the future, we will check in Red Doorz because I was very satisfied with the service and the location, which is near the venue of my conference.

It was for a very short and biglaan stay before going back to the province. Overall stay is nice, hotel was clean and good. Will come back if ever.

Hotel staff was friendly. They let me leave my bags with the front desk after check out while I went out to explore the local area. They also lent me an umbrella.

Great Value & Perfect Location! This hotel met all my basic needs—clean room, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, and helpful staff. The best part? Its super convenient location, just steps away from nearby attractions/transport. Would definitely stay again for the price!

Reddoorz by Rosemarie is a very good choice to stay in Pasay. All places and transpo are accessible, the place is so clean, elegant, and of course budget friendly. The guard on duty during my stay was so helpful and caring, so plus point on this. Will definitely book for all my travels while in Manila. Kudos to you! Keep up the good work!
