The service and axxomodation was good, the bad thing is the internet connection sometimes dont have signal, you need to contact the owner to fix the internet,

Had a relaxing staycation at Shore Residences 🌴✨ The room was clean and cozy, and the pool area felt like a mini resort in the city. Perfect location near MOA too! Definitely a nice place to unwind. 💙

I've seen small cockroaches in the kitchen, living room, and inside the drawer in my bedroom area. Although the location is excellent, being nearby MOA, and there are some restaurants on the ground floor, the service has been quite disappointing. Unlike typical hotel procedures where you check in/out at the main lobby and the staff handles the rest, here, I had to wait around 15-25 minutes to be assisted by a different set of staff, not from the main building, to get to my room. They didn't even properly explain the rules; I was simply told to call the given number if I had further questions. Additionally, there's no access to the gym and swimming pool has additional charge.

they don't change the towel they says 1 week not good for us🤣but its good place and the service maybe nextime will comeback but please if the guest wants to change towel pls change it🤣

We stayed for 4days and 3nights without a problem. The staff is accomodating and just one text away. Complete appliances and the place is very convinient. Just a walking distance to SM MOA, alfa mart, restaurants and laundry shop. We had a nice stay and sleep. We’ll sure to book again.

I didn't receive any message from the staff a day before or even on the morning of check-in. I had to call different numbers just to confirm which tower I should go to. When we arrived at the tower and checked in, the staff already noticed that the Wi-Fi wasn't working and said they would return to fix it. I messaged them again but received no response. I also informed them that I would be checking out early, but guess what? I had to call again. Additionally, the staff said, "Dapat po maaga niyo sinabi" (You should have told us earlier) when I had, in fact, already informed them during check-in. I would have recommended the place because it's worth the price, but the service just isn't it.
