崇光木街帕酒店 (Hotel Sogo Wood Street Pasay)

I stayed at Hotel Sogo Wood Street in Pasay, and the experience was average. The location is convenient — close to the airport, shopping malls, and public transportation — good for a quick stay or layover. However, the reception staff don’t seem to know how to handle online bookings from platforms like 永安. They only know how to process walk-in guests, which made check-in confusing and took extra time. Another issue was the cleaning staff being very noisy in the hallway. I could clearly hear their talking and movements from inside my room, which made it hard to rest. The management should remind them to keep their voices down, especially during early hours. The room itself was clean and air-conditioned, but basic. For the price, it’s okay if you just need somewhere to stay for a night, but don’t expect full comfort or peace and quiet.

Bastos na Ang staff nila...tapos laging galit pag may kailangan ka..tapos pinatay pa telephone nila para hnd makatawag sa front-desk..pero kung maningil sila gsto nila ura urada..kht sbhn mung wait lang...akala mo nmn tatakbuhan cla...SOGO L.WOOD ROAD STREET...kung mga staff nyo may problema sa Buhay nila wag nila dalhin sa work...sa tagal ko na pabalik balik sa sogo na ito ngaun lang Ako...na disappointed sa mga staff nila😡😡😡

I’m so disappointed my room toilet is no flush at it’s making me uncomfortable. The food is great, I don’t like the service of the crew they’re not helping . The front desk service is racist.i will not go back that place is really not accommodating to the guest. Worst thotel. Not recommended to all the Travellers

So happy for how Hotel Sogo Pasay is so accommodating for my family. I was kind of worried since I had a bad experience in Hotel Sogo Malate. Overall im super satisfied with their service. My mother was so happy. Thank you for making her stay easy, enjoyable, and safe. The best! 😍

24時間チェックイン、チェックアウトが可能である為利用 外出する時に鍵を預ける手続きが面倒 近くのコンビニに行く時でも厳しくチェックされますから💦 防犯的に仕方ないのかと諦めました。 　接客対応は日本式を導入してる為、悪くない 但し、ルームサービスの食事は期待出來ない為、近隣の大手チェーン店に行った方が良い！深夜は少し怖いかもしれませんが💦

I stayed at Hotel Sogo Wood Street in August 2025 for a short layover, chosen for its proximity to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (just 1.2 miles away). The location is ideal for travelers needing a quick stop near the airport. Check-in was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long flight. The lack of an elevator to the second-floor Deluxe room was a major hassle, especially with heavy luggage. The narrow metal stairs were difficult to navigate and felt unsafe. The Deluxe room was spacious and clean, with a decent bed, fresh-smelling sheets, pillows, and towels. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the provided toiletries and two bottles of drinking water. Free Wi-Fi worked well, but the TV was old and kept disconnecting from the internet, which was annoying. The air conditioning was a mixed bag—it cooled the room but was positioned on the left wall by the bed, blowing cold air directly on my head. I had to sleep with my head on the footboard to avoid getting a headache. The toilet also had a flushing issue, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with a great location for airport travelers, but the lack of an elevator, toilet issues, and poorly placed aircon detracted from the experience. I’d rate it 6.0/10—good for a cheap, short stay, but not ideal if you have heavy luggage or need reliable amenities. I’d consider returning for a quick layover but would hope for fixes to these issues.

all good for quick stay and relax

I booked here with my mom to get some rest after coming from our 3 am flight from Vietnam. The room is okay, clean toilet. However, the lights are too dim for me and the mattress isn't really good. It shrinks just by sitting on it. The room was too cold for us at 16°C then we turned it off 😁 We ordered their crab and corn chowder and grilled ham cheese and it's quite cheap. The soup can feed up to 3 people for the price of only 100+ pesos. It's a good soup, we really liked it and they served really hot. It's sulit for the price. PS: We have tried sogo before in Cebu and it was surprisingly well-cleaned room and the lightings are good too. Maybe you could do better at your Pasay branch.
