一下車及有服務人員協助搬運行李，與引導至飯店，每個服務人員都帶著親切的笑容與招待，態度超級好與貼切，服務真的很周到，也超級有禮貌！ 房間大寬敞且十分乾淨，設備新穎，氣氛佳，電視是智慧型電視可以連結網路看影片使用，讚讚！ 游泳池、健身房及桑拿房也很棒，很有高級感，從飯店人員至設備房間，都沒有什麼好挑剔的，下次還會再入住！ 真的超級棒的體驗！

Staying at Hotel Okura was such a refreshing experience. The Japanese-inspired theme throughout the property created a calming and serene atmosphere, making it stand out from other city hotels. The location is very convenient close to everything you might need yet once inside, it feels like a peaceful retreat. The facilities are excellent, from the well equipped gym to the relaxing sauna, which made our stay both comfortable and rejuvenating. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality perfectly complemented the hotel’s elegant Japanese design. Hotel Okura is the ideal choice for travelers looking for both convenience and a unique, refreshing stay. I would happily return on my next 永安.

Paid 13,000 pesos for an overnight stay at this five-star hotel and was given a room with a defective airconditioner. The airconditioning in our room was faulty and was never cooler than 24°C, even after setting it at 15°C for three hours. A technician tried to fix it but it still never went cooler than 23°C. Just requested a fan in the end. Around 2AM, my mother had a spike in her blood pressure and felt dizzy due to the warm temperature. She was earlier admitted to the hotel's medical clinic due to the same medical condition. We were grateful that the hotel's emergency medical staff were very helpful. We had to be transferred to another room at 3AM.

Room was beautiful and so was the pool. Perfect stop over after landing in Manila for our first night. The only negative comment was the lack of food options in the restaurant for evening meal and the staff only told us when I ordered what they hadn’t got. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding though. We would happily return here.
