為方便看展會定的，第一次住，衹知道很老，不知道其他。 酒店位置和房間其實還OK，房間的衣櫃以前是有門的但是貌似拆了，早餐簡單但也基本滿足需求，房間設施確實是老，而且據説樓上有裝修好的新的房間但是價格較貴，據説5樓以下都是老房型，沒時間去看泳池或者健身房，樓下可以停車，處於一個路口位置，對面就是DOUBLE DRAGON商場，整體中規中矩吧。 有當地朋友説是很多年前有故事，不知道最好，想知道的私信。

老酒店了，基本服務水準還行，安全保障不錯，大堂吧演唱水準較高，不吵人。但硬件老化嚴重，床墊都已塌陷，床品也舊了，淋浴水真開不大。出行除了叫網約車，似乎也沒別的方式，軌道站步行要一公里，關鍵過天橋後到輕軌站台行繞人。

乾淨，空間大，整間飯店的員工都很親切，有什麼問題都能協助處理！ 旁邊就有很大的商場和傳統市集，還有提供免費的接駁車去SM商場，生活機能非常方便 很值得推薦給來馬尼拉的朋友，

最開始郵件客服完全沒回信。來賓館了態度還行。大馬路邊聲音還是挺大的。走廊聲音一點不隔音。偶爾還有飛機路過的聲音。步行去sm直行就到，有段距離，後面發現有shuttle bus，前台沒説沒注意到。

I had to stay overnight near the airport arriving from overseas so I can catch an early flight fir my domestic onward flight to Bohol. The Heritage is in a practical location, in walking distance to the SM Mall of Asia, the MRT station at Taft Avenue and 5 km from NAIA 2 and 3. The hotel is a bit dated, but I got an upgrade to a spacious Executive Suite. I liked the strong water pressure and friendly service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Heritage Hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with staff who went out of their way to ensure I felt right at home. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of classic charm and modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the elegant décor to the high-end amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The on-site dining options were fantastic as well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious, fresh options, and the restaurant’s dinner menu was equally impressive, with a variety of both local and international dishes to choose from. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience.

old but maintained.Slow dining/resto service/clean gym and pool (but hopefully closes at 10:pm) sec and staffs/concierge are helpful assistance.Rooms are cold even aircon is off.P109-150 taxi to MOA., Near to DRAGON MALL WITH LOTS OF DININGS

I really find this place very relaxing. We went to our room there were some minor things that we raised to the receptionist and within a few minutes they took care of our request and they also did the courtesy to upgrade our room to a suite which we really appreciate.

ルームサービスの食事がとても美味しかったです😆 アドボやシニガンスープもボリュームがあり、一人前ですが、二人で分けてちょうど良いサイズでした😊マンゴージュースはフレッシュですごく飲みやすく、リピートしたいです。部屋は新しくはないですが、清潔にされていました!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The front desk staff at Hotel Heritage were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They made the check-in process smooth and always attended to my requests with professionalism and a smile. Their excellent service left a very good impression, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ll be coming back to stay here again this coming October for a 3-day holiday. Highly recommended!
