We arrived at 9 pm and the check-in process was seamless. However, upon entering the room, we noticed an unpleasant odor and the towels were extremely old and should not have been provided to guests. As it was already late and we were exhausted, we discovered that the bedding appeared to be unchanged, including the pillowcases and sheets (see photos). Despite this, we requested the housekeeping staff to replace the pillow covers and managed to tolerate the discomfort of potentially unclean bedding. On a positive note, the service was prompt, accommodating and the location is great !

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be mixed. The room itself was decent, and the staff were accommodating and polite whenever I interacted with them. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. First, the shower area does not have a glass door or divider, which causes water to flood into the bathroom and reach the sink area every time you shower. It’s inconvenient and makes the bathroom messy and slippery. Second, while the room has a cabinet, there were no hangers provided at all, which was surprising. The location is greta though, few meters walk to starbucks and some good restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I had to ask the front desk twice around 1:00 PM to have my room cleaned. When I returned an hour later, the room was still not done. Overall, while the staff are friendly and the room is okay for a short stay, the lack of attention to detail and the slow service are things the hotel definitely needs to improve.

Good if only for sleeping. We book this because of location. However there some areas that needs improvement like the bathroom’s smell. We booked two rooms and both towels provides are old, hard and grayish already. But staffs are helpful.

- The venue is close (walking distance) to Ynares Sports and Philsports Arena and Estancia. The Staff is nice, but can't handle the capacity. I had to wait 45 minutes for a towel and after calling they told me that I had to wait because they had hundreds (these were literally the words of the reception) of people checking out. - The rooms are decent size, however a big chunk of the corner can't be used as it has a structure for the AC condensor.  - The curtains can't be opened as they are tied with a hairclip and can fall even by looking at it. It has stains, burn marks and duckt-taped parts to keep it alive. - Shower was broken and lukewarm and shower light was busted - Bed line was too short - AC has seen better time - looks like as it got burned sometime or at least never cleaned properly - TV has 2 channels only as all others need subscription - WIFI is decent

Hotel is pretty decent for a budget stay. They were kind enough to even upgrade our room to deluxe with two queen size beds. Capitol Commons and Estancia mall is about a 10 mins walk. They also have sufficient parking space. Not much in terms of amenities like bar etc.. Pool area can be better... but for the price you're paying for it's understandable. Will definitely consider Privato again for future budget stays.

I have a great stay at this property. You can request for a room facing BGC so you can have an awesome view of the BGC skyline. Check in is super fast and efficient. Room is nice and the property is a short walk to Estancia Mall. My only gripe is the slowish wifi. Overall, reccomended property.

TV was small and unable to watch even in cable there is a static sound in almost all of the channels. No netflix or even Youtube to watch music vidoes, though my kids enjoyed the pool and gym area.. Wifi is good, and the room is very cold which we really enjoyed.
