Jinjiang is my regular go to place because it’s super close to my office. I just need a clean bedroom and bathroom. Price is good. Housekeeping needs to dust the tv screen and fixtures in the bathroom like the tissue holder.

Its always a delight to stay in Jin Jiang Ortigas. the location is great, the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, the beds and beddings are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabinets are big enough for luggages and suits, and the amenities are responsive to the usual needs of guests Ive been staying in this hotel when I have seminars or activities in Ortigas or just to have a relaxing stay cation.... keep it up guys!!

Jinjiang Inm is a midscale hotel located in the heart of Ortigas Center. Very accessible to MRT Shaw! The staff is somehow accommodating and hospitable. The buffet breakfast is superb! Will definitely go back again and stay in the future

冷氣會滴水，不過以這個價位來說沒啥好挑剔了。電梯居然講中文「電梯上樓」嚇了我一跳，台灣製的樣子。相比隔壁的Richmonde Hotel Ortigas CP值應該高很多。

Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying "leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it." which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC.

酒店周圍交通方便，SM超市可以滿足日常採購需求，吃飯的地方也比較多，早餐也比較豐富，前台和門衞都主動幫忙搬運行李。

This hotel isn’t worth it. My room stayed warm even when it was on the coldest setting. Despite booking more than 1 night, I had to leave cause the AC had warm air coming out even at cool mode and at 17C. Everything in the room needed maintenance. It’s obviously run down. It’s also not close to what is advertised here. You can find other hotels around the area that are better. I appreciate that the bathroom is clean though. The staff were also polite so there’s that.
