I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is very spacious and comfortable, which made the experience pleasant. However, the parking area is a bit dark and narrow, which can be inconvenient. I also I don’t like that free parking is limited to 1 car. Bad thing here also room service is poor and slow.

The three-bedroom suite is huge for a family. It's spacious great for celebrating birthdays or other occasions with family or friends.

The hotel is okay. The breakfast is meh, not bad but not great. It is located near many malls and restaurants. There is a convenience store near the main entrance. The main pool is 4 feet all throughout, and there is a 2ft jacuzzi. We had to ask twice for room cleaning.

It's our home away from home. We've spent most of our days here, and during our stay, it has been a wonderful experience! They provided us with the things we needed, as well as better accommodation options, which was great. The staff are also one of the friendliest people we've seen—including Lyndon, the stuffed bear that greets you as you enter the hotel. Overall, the Lindon Suites is a wonderful place to stay as it provides great accommodations and is filled with good people.

I have booked a 3 bedroom suite.Its huge and goid for family but the thing is.its not maintained properly..door knobs in the cimmin bathroom and 1 bedroom is loose fitting.My brother in law adjusted it as he is scared that the kids will be looked inside.The tv in the masters bedroom is not working.Their toilet needs to be upgraded as the sink looked old as well as the faucet.I was disappointed coz what I saw in the pictures are not the same as in actual.The sofa in the receiving area appears old as well.

The non-refreshed three bedroom suite was a bit classic, but nonetheless, it was worth it, and our stay was nice.

I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy. However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process. While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.
