The overall stay was good but certain things need to be looked upon like door locks, mattress springs etc. that we had to point to them to get it repaired.

Very satisfying stay, we were there for family function my sister engagement in patna weather had memorable time decoration was captivating and food was yummy especially lit-ti chokha and nikki chat. Rasmalai was delicious. It's very close to shopping center and patna airport and railway station satisfying very convenient to reach here. Very peaceful and clean environment the roo. Was luxurious and clean and nice aromatic

It’s a very basic facility but highly overpriced. I paid close to 4K for a small room, dirty bathroom where there are stains in the commode. I travel across the country and stay at fantastic hotels at the price that I have paid. Moreover, this was w/o breakfast.

It is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Unfortunately I have to stay another night here or else would have check out this morning. Yesterday they gave me a small room to check in even after I paid for an executive room. They changed it at night & then at 723am they knocked on my room door to say my room has changed. At 723am ! Even after repeatedly telling them that my room needs cleaning and the sheets need to be changed they haven't done it. Don't even think of putting up here. The only positive of this place is the location. Nothing else.

We were offered a bigger, spacious room which was clean and roomy. We’d paid for breakfast too, but the restaurant wasn’t functioning and we’d to order only one dish plus tea/coffee in lieu of the amount paid. This was disappointing.

Food is below quality. Room quality vs tariff charged are not a match at all. Poor bathroom. Poor room service. No restaurant for having breakfast or dinner. Recommend for those who wants to spend only a night as transit journey
