hand shower of toilet was non functional, even after complain no action was taken in 2 day of my stay.... Also no responsibility shown by Make my 永安 authority after complaining & asking for cancellation of my hotel stay despite of I have booked with 100%cancellation refund charges....So both is froud make my 永安 as well as chanakya inn hotel

Nice clean rooms.. there is private parking available. Morning breakfast was very delicious.. it is right in front of the patna train station so had nice tea also there !!

Hotel Stay - Pathetic cleanliness - Zero breakfast - Not good dinner - Avg. a kind of shady room was given and experience was really terrible

The room was quite good but the window ac was producing so much sound that i could not sleep on 1st night. Also the fan was not working well. The food i ordered on night was smelling bad.
