Good Stay ,Room too small ,Staff behavior is good ,Food also Okay Overall can stay for Business travel

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the hospitality and peaceful ambiance made for a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, all the staffs were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its quiet environment, providing a perfect retreat from the noise and bustle of city life. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with good housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay.

Exceptional staff interaction, efficiency, and helpfulness, alongside mentioning the cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality of the hotel and its facilities. Specifically, praise friendly and proactive staff, prompt and attentive service, and any requests that were quickly and efficiently addressed.

Room is very very dusty. Hotel representative behaviour is very irresponsible this is very terrified. So it is very terrible experience.

Terrible front end staff are not at all cooperative and don't even know how to greet or meet people. Although they assured me that I will be getting a room the moment I reach there they failed to leave up to that. As I reached the property somewhere around 2.30 a.m. I found cockroaches in my room, AC was not connected and naked wire was hanging from the stabilizer just like that. Then at that moment they were making me switch rooms. Lift is dirty like anything. Don't get surprised if the weird noise from the AC makes your life miserable. Now the final part I was supposed to get a GST invoice that they claimed they are not supposed to give whereas when verified the same I was told that I can only get it from the property they helped me through communicating with them. Since then I have been repeatedly calling them and every time they will say just sending (only if you are lucky enough to get your call picked) and I have been waiting for it till now. I wonder how such property gets the nod to get listed.

pathetic 😡, it was just a room no hygiene, pathetic bed sheet, no facility to keep cloths, and the room alloted was not having a charging point. food was too expensive

location and food of the hotel is very good. the support staff is very responsive. scope of improvement: a lot of feature they have in the property which is not mentioned in the makemy永安 and goibibo this could also be updated. overall the experience was good at the hotel.

Hotel is very near to assi ghat. Hotel is not a pure veg hotel. Ventilation is a big issue in rooms. Hot water is available only at certain times. Food is average.

Staff behavior is good but breakfast quality is not good. Even no dental kit or bath kit available.

The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel is 1 km from the patna junction, it is situated on jamal road. The food price was reasonable and the taste was also good. The staff was very helpful. The check in process was very smooth too. All the rooms are smoking rooms. Perfect for solo travellers.
