A truly comfortable stay. The staff are professional and exceptionally hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. The food is delicious and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the same tariff range. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The location is convenient and easily accessible, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays

MMT & Hotel jointly stealing customers money. Take money for higher grade & allot room for Lower grade. No proper Dinner arrangements. Customers need to be for Dinner after paying per night

Didn’t have a smooth check out as the bill given by the front desk was not matching the amount paid by me. However they later corrected this and sent me an email.

First of all reception staff are good at their work but they have given us a smaller room with no view but when requested they arranged and changed our room on a higher floor with a good view as requested. Really thankful for them for contributing in a comfortable stay. Breakfast is really appreciated with a good number of options. Recommend others for choosing maurya

The location is good, but the food quality could be improved. The room and washroom would benefit from better upkeep.

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel maurya on new year’s eve, and i must say, the experience was outstanding. The hotel has clearly made some great improvements in both its services and management. This time, my stay was far better than before. I was on the map plan, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The bhuna mutton, paired with rice and dal, was delicious, and the jaggery lauki kheer was a perfect finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff ensuring that i had everything i needed. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me, from my food to my overall comfort. I’d like to give a special mention to a few staff members who stood out: mr. Tiwari from housekeeping mr. Javed in the restaurant mr. Tauseef and mr. Srivastava, the dining managers chef mr. Jha, who prepared some amazing food at the front desk, ms. Swati singh and mr. Pankaj (if i recall correctly) even the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. My short visit to patna was made truly memorable by the wonderful staff at hotel maurya, and i look forward to staying here again the next time i’m in the city.

It was office tour and selected this stay. Room offered is spacious, clean and airy. Staffs were polite and professional. Breakfast was complementary and served with lots of options.

My stay at hotel maurya was very good. Fortunately got the room upgrade and complimentary fruits and snacks. Rooms and food is very good. Only drawback is that, due to weddings it was very disturbing in night. My room was on 4th floor and 5th floor has wedding hall. Night near to 11:30 pm, there was music noise and again it started hammering sound from morning 6 am. Rest was all very good.
