The hotel is in a prime location and near Patna Junction, Hotel staff behaviour is good, Peaceful rooms, nice for couples, bedsheets are not cleaned properly, pillow covers are dirty, overall a nice experience, and check-in time should be at 10am. its very disappointing 12pm chek-in time.

location wise it's great,but for standard ac room they might give you two single bed room ***** with a mattress ,you have to urge the hotel manager for upgradation to two joined singke bed rooms,hotel staff is great except for a few ones,room service is great

The stay at the hotel was great. From the cooperation of everyone to every demand and requests being met. I have no grievances. Food = 5/5 Stay = 5/5 Cleanliness = 5/5 I was in single Ac Room which were small as expected but were comfortable. Overall experience = 5/5

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bedsheets looked dirty and unchanged. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that made it hard to relax. To make things worse, the staff was completely unresponsive when I raised these concerns. I would not recommend staying here.
